Subcontractors used when specialty required by law and with client permission. $10 trip charge applies for first hour. Home base is 87109 - travel beyond 10 miles is .75 per mile. Errands / Material pick up is billed at time plus .75 per mile. Materials can be provided by customer. Company will provide materials with 20% upcharge. Each man hour is billed at $35/hr. or according to subcontractor costs. All team members are highly skilled workers.
