Business Description: new to abq from taos, i have references here in abq and work to show. i'm also a landlord that manages + maintains several properties. *hire me for a small job and you will be sure to keep my #.* i have been doing construction since 1984 and i have experience in all aspects so i am a good choice for a wide variety of different jobs or to manage jobs that include multiple phases like remodels, kitchens and baths. i give free estimates. normally i charge $50 for 1st hr and $35/hr after that for small jobs taking under a day. larger jobs i prefer to bid but am willing to give an hourly rate which depends on local factors.... now +/-$35/hr general contractor w/28 years exp.plus many tools and truck. some specialties include- 1)-design and engineering of construction work including permit drawings and specifications 2)-construction planning and management 3)-all individual phases of construction and repair 4)-flooring wood,tile,laminate,vinyl,acrylic plaster, etc. 5)-decorative acrylic plasters 6)-foam based stucco (regular and acrylic) 7)-reflective roofing (and most types of roofing)new + repair 8)-kitchen and bath remodels 9)-door + window replacement 10)-patio covers and shade structures 11)-assemble and install products and fixtures
