"I went through all treatments - I think there were 6 - and by 8 weeks from the start, the knee was very much improved and as of Feb 24th 2015, it is still much better." Supposedly lasts about 6 months and Medicare will allow another series.

"She said that she could tell me two things for sure: 1) the problem was not in my back, and 2) my hip was fine. She gave me some cream to rub into the painful areas" and some little exercises to do. Later she told me I had a hip fracture (which I did not), but I did require a hip replacement (diagnosed by another doctor). I was also diagnosed (by yet anoter doctor) with a serious spine condition. Needless to say, I do not trust Dr
's judgment.

Physical medicine and rehabilitation

If an injury impairs your ability to do the things you usually do, you’ll likely see a physical therapist. Physical therapy is just one part of the field of physical medicine and rehabilitation.

In short-term rehab, patients can focus on recovery while strengthening their bodies.

I had to go to
Princeton Physical Rehabilitation Services Provider Name Locked
sports medicine downtown for the consultation. I was told by
Princeton Physical Rehabilitation Services Provider Name Locked
that I only had to go there for the consult....I told her I didn't want to go down there for the long haul and she assured me that I ONLY had to go there for a consult which was NOT the case. Dr Carnel doesn't have an office, he is a floater so you have to do to
Princeton Physical Rehabilitation Services Provider Name Locked
and then deal with how incompetent that office is. They couldn't find my paper work at the office....then I wait for another 30 min in another area then they finally get me in a room....at this point I had been at
Princeton Physical Rehabilitation Services Provider Name Locked
for an hour and 25 min and then comes in a fellow named Dr Cubics (sp) and doesn't even give me his name. I was like are you Dr Carnel and he is like no....Im a fellow, it is fine, we are all friends here.....Im like
Princeton Physical Rehabilitation Services Provider Name Locked
no it is not okay....I sat there with this pushy, over talking crappy dr trying to explain where my mri was done and what dr did it and he was over talking me so much he never heard a freaking thing I said. I was just wasting my time with him.
Princeton Physical Rehabilitation Services Provider Name Locked
should of told me I had to see a fellow.....I do fellows, PA's or any of that crap. I made an app with Dr Carnel and NOT anyone else. I wanted to leave and this crazy women that calls herself an assistant talked me into staying....big mistake. If I come back there I have always see a fellow and Dr Carnel does NOT go anywhere as I was told. It was a big waste of time, money and got no help and just headaches from the experience. When I called Ordeal (Dr Carnel's administration manager) she didn't call back so I called again...she was like
Princeton Physical Rehabilitation Services Provider Name Locked
yea I got your message....no sorry or anything.....just so wrong. She was like you should of asked if you were going to see a fellow...what the crap....
Princeton Physical Rehabilitation Services Provider Name Locked
no yall should of told me I had to see a fellow upprofessional woman....I made an app with Dr Carnel...why would I ask if Im going to see a fellow. Just passing the buck. She was like that is what he has been doing for 15 years....how in the crap was I supposed to know that. Also I asked when I made the app if I had to go to
Princeton Physical Rehabilitation Services Provider Name Locked
and someone names
Princeton Physical Rehabilitation Services Provider Name Locked
said only for the consult....that is a lie.....you have to always do to
Princeton Physical Rehabilitation Services Provider Name Locked
unless he does surgery on you. Why would I ever have a pain guy do surgery on me......this place needs to get there facts correct and stop stealing money from their patients. I would of NEVER of seen Dr Carnel if I would of been told I had to see a fellow or if I hadn't of been lied to about having to go to
Princeton Physical Rehabilitation Services Provider Name Locked
. Just a huge waste of time and money. Dr Cubics was a joke and has horrible bedside manner. Run away from this place. I have seen fellows before and when I told the dr that I don't like seeing them and do I have to see them the dr has always said no. Some are even polite and say hey I have a fellow with me do you mind if he talks with you and then you have a choice. I was told AFTER my app and NOT before so they aleady have my money now that I had to always see fellows, that that is the way he does it. Well tell your patients then when they make an app then....so they can decide for themselves if that is what they want to do. This is the only time in my entire life that I have made an app with a Dr and then forced to see a fellow and that even when I asked the dr or at least his assistant
Princeton Physical Rehabilitation Services Provider Name Locked
said when she asked him that I had to see a fellow. Just wrong.....that should be disclosed upfront. Who in the crap wants to deal with a fellow after you've been waiting for over an hour...so inappropriate. And so much blatant disregard for patients and their time and money. They don't give a crap about their patients nor respect them. A horrible experience all the way around. I would NOT recommend this dr, unless you like to wait hours, see a fellow, be told you NOT going to have to go to
Princeton Physical Rehabilitation Services Provider Name Locked
and can just be lied to by
Princeton Physical Rehabilitation Services Provider Name Locked
when they tell you you can go other places after the consult. I cant believe places this bad exist. I just hope Dr Cubics, Dr Carnel,
Princeton Physical Rehabilitation Services Provider Name Locked
and Ordeal all have to deal with such horrible disregard for their health care and see how it feels. If given the correct facts about Dr Carnels practice I would of NEVER of wasted my time....they just want your money any way they can get it. Disgraceful!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr.
Princeton Physical Rehabilitation Services Provider Name Locked
is a fantastic rehabilitation physician (Physiatrist) who specializes in botox treatments of stroke patients. It is difficult to make an appointment to see him and he is always running behind schedule so one can expect to spend extra time in the waiting room. This is primarily because he spends whatever amount of time it takes to treat the individual patient. He is very caring and through, frequently spending an hour or an hour and a half providing the injections my wife requires. He follows up with a scheduled appointment to determine the effectiveness of the injections within a month or so before scheduling another treatment. He also works with my wife's rehabilitation facility communicating with her physical therapists with recommendations. He is very highly thought of at the facility. I highly recommend him. I went to him upon the advice of another doctor who had treated my wife when in the hospital as a stroke patient.
My wife originally was under the care of another physician and I changed doctors after the first treatment because his care was unsatisfactory, being too casual and unprofessional. I also changed Neurologists at the same time because he was frequently not available.(Both were neurologists and in the same practice). I also changed rehabilitation physicians at the same time because of lack of follow through in my wife's care and unavailability. I am very happy now with her team of doctors and therapists who are doing a great job. (Primary Care, Physiatrist, Urologist, Neurologist and Physical Therapists).

The visit was in a word, unpleasant. This doctor has no decent bedside manner and is clearly more concerned with pushing in as many patients per day (read: $$$) over quality of patient care. She doesn't listen to the responses she's getting to questions she asks, from one moment to the next, and then grows combative with any questions the patient raises. Her attitude and comments were insensitive and/or inappropriate, and there was never even a hint of an apology for wasting my entire afternoon. My appointment was for 3:30 pm--- and I finally left her office at--7:25pm! A ghastly example of where medical "care" is in
Princeton Physical Rehabilitation Services Provider Name Locked
Haute? And the worst part-- most of the patients I encountered and talked to in her office say though it's like this every time they come, they will continue coming here for lack of a nearby better choice in pain management! UGH. Not sure what I'll choose to do, but there's got to be another option. Her skills? highly suspect since none of my questions were answered.

This man does not deserve the respect of the title "Doctor". Although I was referred to him by my long term physician, he was the most rude and uncaring doctor I have ever encountered. My doctor refered me to
Princeton Physical Rehabilitation Services Provider Name Locked
for an emergency pain issue and I was told to go directly to Granna's office. When I arrived and told the receptionist I was sent from my doctor she rolled her eyes at me. Then
Princeton Physical Rehabilitation Services Provider Name Locked
showed up and I explained I had been sent there by my doctor to which he replied "You can't walk in off the streets and expect me to give you pain meds". He didn't even inquire why I was there. He said some other very rude comments and I left. I am well aware of pain med abuse and, in fact, a friend's son actually died from it. To be treated With such rudeness and with such disrespect is unconscionable.

Dr.
Princeton Physical Rehabilitation Services Provider Name Locked
is pleasant and takes her time during the appointment. She is concerned for my daughter's well-being. Her staff is friendly and really good with children. She is patient with my daughter and listens to all of my concerns. She oversees my daughter's recovery and works to make sure that she gets all of the services that she needs. She is professional and is interested in my daughter's progress. Her office responds quickly to answer any of my questions.

Very badly; said needed to loose 100 pounds quickly; referred to a psychiatrist and expensive physical therapy. Did not follow up with referrals.
Did nothing that helped; in fact, sent into a three day depression.

Over the years I have received therapy at other facilities and always felt after 2-3 sessions I was basically on my own at appointments and doing what I could be doing with a home exercise program. Here I received passive and active treatments and met my goals to return to my prior level of function. I finished my therapy feeling so much better and was educated in how to continue the personal home exercise program developed for me to continue the healing process. The billing process is very slow.
