"The visit was in a word, unpleasant. This doctor has no decent bedside manner and is clearly more concerned with pushing in as many patients per day (read: $$$)" over quality of patient care. She doesn't listen to the responses she's getting to questions she asks, from one moment to the next, and then grows combative with any questions the patient raises. Her attitude and comments were insensitive and/or inappropriate, and there was never even a hint of an apology for wasting my entire afternoon. My appointment was for 3:30 pm--- and I finally left her office at--7:25pm! A ghastly example of where medical "care" is in
Haute? And the worst part-- most of the patients I encountered and talked to in her office say though it's like this every time they come, they will continue coming here for lack of a nearby better choice in pain management! UGH. Not sure what I'll choose to do, but there's got to be another option. Her skills? highly suspect since none of my questions were answered.

"This man does not deserve the respect of the title "Doctor". Although I was referred to him by my long term physician, he was the most rude and uncaring" doctor I have ever encountered. My doctor refered me to
for an emergency pain issue and I was told to go directly to Granna's office. When I arrived and told the receptionist I was sent from my doctor she rolled her eyes at me. Then
showed up and I explained I had been sent there by my doctor to which he replied "You can't walk in off the streets and expect me to give you pain meds". He didn't even inquire why I was there. He said some other very rude comments and I left. I am well aware of pain med abuse and, in fact, a friend's son actually died from it. To be treated With such rudeness and with such disrespect is unconscionable.

Dr.

is pleasant and takes her time during the appointment. She is concerned for my daughter's well-being. Her staff is friendly and really good with children. She is patient with my daughter and listens to all of my concerns. She oversees my daughter's recovery and works to make sure that she gets all of the services that she needs. She is professional and is interested in my daughter's progress. Her office responds quickly to answer any of my questions.

Very badly; said needed to loose 100 pounds quickly; referred to a psychiatrist and expensive physical therapy. Did not follow up with referrals.
Did nothing that helped; in fact, sent into a three day depression.

Over the years I have received therapy at other facilities and always felt after 2-3 sessions I was basically on my own at appointments and doing what I could be doing with a home exercise program. Here I received passive and active treatments and met my goals to return to my prior level of function. I finished my therapy feeling so much better and was educated in how to continue the personal home exercise program developed for me to continue the healing process. The billing process is very slow.

My mother is receiving excellent care. They are quick to come when she calls for help. The food is good. The staff is very warm and family like. It is a small facility, I think this gives more personal care. The facility is also very clean.

This place is truly amazing!! I let my job, my cats and my life in Maryland for four months (Nov 2013 through Feb 2014), to go here, and it was the best decision I could have made for myself. My life was changed forever. I can't begin to relate to you how different things are for me now. I wasn't sure I'd live to see my 40th birthday (well, i didn't want to), but I just semi-celebrated it a couple weeks ago. I truly hated myself down deep for the abuse I suffered as a child, and while this abuse was not my fault, I had carried the pain and horror of it alone for 35+ years. In addition to helping with food, the immediate medical concern, they helped me see that what happened to me was disgusting...rather than ME being disgusting. I've heard that for the last 10 years of therapy and never believed it. I finally do. I really, truly believe that now!!!
The groups are real and raw not superfluous boring things you have to survive to go from one day to the next.
The clinical staff are fantastic -

Scheduling as a new patient was great. Sometimes there was a wait, but I would recommend her to anyone. I feel like she saved my life. I wished I could give her an A+. She really takes time with her patients; she talks to me too.

The medication suscribe worked very well and in 3 years of service I was actually was starting to see a difference in my drug addiction and overall felt better. Now the only thing is I knew it was the Medication helping an not the doctor or her nurse. Because of own self control, I would not recommend this doctor to anyone that actually wants help and wants to completely get of drugs even the ones subscribed. Because in my opinion they only CARE about the money they are making. For this program they do not accept any type of INS so its self pay. I say this because there is no "therapy" talk. You walk in see her and she says How has been going this week then checks your vitals and sits down to talk about how much she is prescribing you and if its time to move down if not talks to you about when your moving down then takes out her script pad and writes scripts and says "Ok I have to copy this see you up front" You go out, pay and come back next appointment. Oh and get drug tested every 3 months. Not being crude but this is a drug dealings dream doctor and I can say this because of experience. So If you need or should I say WANT help this Dr. Could work for you. This is all my own personal experience. Now she is a regular family Dr. to But I never seen her for that so I will not comment about that part of her practice.
