was simply wonderful to work with upon first contact. She really wants to get to know her clients and sent along a fun survey for my husband and I to complete." The menu, below was totally customized just for us!
even created a signature cocktail that was a huge hit with our guests (several have asked for the recipe!) OUR MENU Mini Corny Cornbread w/
Kentucky Black Bourbon Bbq Topping Sweet Potato 5-
& Bourbon Soup Shots Spinach & Gouda Mini Quiche - MY FAVORITE. I could eat these every day. Crab Artichoke Dip Creole Shrimp Bouquet w/Homemade Remoulade Southern Pulled Pork Sliders The food was simply delicious (my personal trainer attended our event and made 2 trips to the beautifully displayed food table!). We plan on utilizing
's creative cooking mind and talents for a private in home party of 8 people in 2015. I cannot wait to see what she comes up with!

Her meals are not only delicious but she uses the best ingredients which she purchases fresh right before she gets to your house. She is very neat and organized and a pleasure to have in your house. For a busy family who is concerned about quality of meals, this is the perfect solution. It takes only a few minutes to heat a complete meal with little to clean. My family is still surprised about how fresh the meals taste even though they had been frozen. It might be costly but you get what you pay for.

was exhibiting at the Philadelphia Home Show and I researched the company a bit before our appointment with the salesperson. We were able to choose our plan and understand our options. The salesperson did not pressure us in any way. The only issue which was unpleasant was the requirement to provide the names and contact info for ten of our family/friends. The delivery was made as scheduled and the driver explained the order in detail. It appears that the cost of the food is comparable to supermarket prices, if not a bit higher. However, the quality is better. However, we have just completed our second order, as six months have passed, and the experience was not positive at all. Our original salesperson was on vacation so another was sent. He arrived an hour ahead of our appointed time. His demeanor was very casual and not professional. He sped through the ordering process, as if we were quite familiar with the choices and ordering scheme. It was very rushed, and now I understand why. It seems the goal of the order is to purchase appliances through

Foods in order to gain "significant discounts" on the food products - the more appliances or "rewards" you purchase, the greater the discount on the food. This is a high pressure tactic and our particular salesperson attempted to make us feel stupid if we did not exercise this option. As there is little time to decide, we chose to sign the contracts (these are separate for food and appliances), as we are aware that the state of PA allows for contact cancellation within three (3) days. We were anxious to rid ourselves of this obnoxious salesperson. In the meantime, we were able to examine both the contract (extremely high interest rate on the appliance purchase) and research the cost of the appliances (over 200% markup). Needless to say, we cancelled the contract for the purchase of the appliances. A 15% discount on the food is not worth it! Unfortunately, we will also be opting to end our food contract with

once our original commitment ends. The food is of good quality but the business practices are not.

don't GO HUNGRY!!! BEWARE of EXPIRATION DATE !!! My husbands staff gifted us a lovely gift certificate for a lavish Dinner Party for 8 where
Plainsboro Chefs Provider Name Locked
would come to our home and cook a full gourmet dinner using her culinary talents. Time passed...LOTS of time past but the gift certificate had no expiration date on it. Two years and 8 months later...
Plainsboro Chefs Provider Name Locked
nicely told me it was only good for a year and would not honor it ... that her policy was to offer to reinstate it for a fee within the second year...but that was 8 months ago. When I suggested it had no expiration date on it she quickly explained she was very familiar with Virginia Sate law not requiring an expiration date to be printed on it..only contact information where one can call to inquire what the actual expiration date is. hummmm conveniently familiar with state requirements. OK....completely our fault for saving it....but according to her website the dinner was probably MUCH more than $800.00 and selling something so expensive I believe we should have been made aware of the 12 month expiration.

I needed a small thank you gift for a bunch of different people. Custom decorated cookies were the perfect answer. I gave Barb the number of people and their professions.
Plainsboro Chefs Provider Name Locked
made the most beautiful cookies with sayings appropriate to each person on the list. The cookies were ready on time, looked beautiful, traveled well, and were delicious.
I have used
Plainsboro Chefs Provider Name Locked
for a couple of years but just never got around to writing a review. In the past they have provided custom designed cookies for grad parties, holiday parties, and other special events. They once made me a "Pink Lemonade" cake for a birthday. The top was covered (covered!) with baby pink seafoam frosting roses. The cake was light and delicate, not too sweet, with a lemony t***. And there were no leftovers.

provided well made food at a good price and in a timely manner. All food was prepared based on my dietary needs (gluten free, no msg, limited dairy). Most of the meals she makes are freezable, which helps provide for future lunches and meal when I'm too busy to cook. I would definitely use her service again.

Meeting and working with Chef
Plainsboro Chefs Provider Name Locked
was a wonderful experience. Her passion for her clients and her enthusiasm for cooking was very clear. She is one of the most caring service providers I have met. My schedule is a little rugged and I chose to alleviate some of the pressure by hiring Chef
Plainsboro Chefs Provider Name Locked
.
The intake meeting was thorough. She asked me a lot of questions about my likes and dislikes, made notes and reviewed the information sheet I filled out prior to her visit. We discussed a lot of recipes. I was very grateful that she was willing to modify them to be gluten, dairy and soy free.
She scheduled a cook day just for me. She shops for each client and prepares the meals in her home. Then she delivered the bounty. I was delighted with each and every recipe. I could tell as I ate them she incorporated my requests into each one.
My experience with her has been fabulous. The only reason I gave a B in the price is because her services are expensive. However, when I consider all that is involved - menu planning, shopping, prepping, cooking, packaging, initial freezing, delivery, etc, - couple with the quality and deliciousness of her food, her services are worth every penny.

Plainsboro Chefs Provider Name Locked
is the best caterer we have ever used. We have 5 or 6 parties a year for which we use catering. Before we found
Plainsboro Chefs Provider Name Locked
it was hit or miss. The food he prepares is incredible. And if you have, as we do, several guests who are vegetarians he will make sure there is plenty for them as well. From
