is very knowledgeable, prompt, professional, and easy to work with. He did a terrific job maintaining my swim spa, and I highly recommend him to others.

performed work on our pool and deck. The deck peeled twice and we had to have another contractor finish the work. The pool resurfacing" was a different color from the color the salesman showed us. The resurfacing of the pool is beginning to disintegrate. We have repeatedly called them to make good. The owner actually came by and saw the problem. He does not return our calls. We have had to hire a deck contractor and a pool resurfacing company to repair some of the work that
has performed.
has made no effort to correct their mistakes. I would advise staying as far away from this company as possible!

My order of preference - first choice a jacuzzi/hot tub repairman (from a jacuzzi/hot tub/sauna distributor), second choice a plumber (many do not work on hot tubs, jacuzzi's and sauna because they cnanot afford to stock parts). An electrician might be able to fix it if it is a connection problem, but such motors are seldom repaired if the problem is internal, just replaced - which would be a jacuzzi repairman/plumber type job.

You will have to find out what your model costs new - looks like they run from about $400 to 1700 depending on size. IF yours is at the lower end, might be just as cheap to replace it, with parts and labor. If not low end, then repair probably works. Typical pricing of components that might have gone out - switch $80, timer/control unit $130, heating element $100 (probably most likely to have failed) - so if only one of these went out, figuring $100-200 labor, probably cheaper to fix it. I would contact your dealer for a better idea.

BTW - here is a Saunatec instruction on maintenance on the heating element and rocks, failure to follow can shorten heating element life, if that is what went out (and probably the simplest to replace) -

I'm sorry to say there aren't many of us on here with adequate experience working on pools, myself included.  My suggestion would be to contact a few local companies specializing in pool renovation and have them give their recommendations and bids for the work, breaking down order of operations so you know what to expect at which stages.  Check Angie's List for referrals in your area and cross check those with the BBB for any unresolved complaints.

was prompt in coming out to give us an estimate and gave us a discount based on total cost of service and because we found them on Angie's list. We checked their pricing and it was fair.
They had to replace all of our old equipment (we just bought the house and the equipent was shot and the pump actually quit working). They replaced the equipment with all new and upgraded parts of the system - installed a salt system, variable speed pump, and wireless controller for inside the house.
All work was completed as scheduled and the whole system works like a dream. We would definitely use them again and are planning to have them bid the pool renovation for later this year.

responded quickly to my first Angie's List message and first phone call. They agreed to supply and install my pool liner for <$600. There were no responses to my follow-up messages. The phone number I was given answered with "The person you are calling is not accepting calls at this time" for several days. When I finally got through a week later,
Cape May Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
said they could not supply a liner for my pool. I bought a liner from one of the several dozen online suppliers that carry the right liner and hired a different installer.

came up with a game plan that corrected all of the problems. it was determined that my pump as too large horsepower
and that since I had to replace the pump(17 Years) that I could go with a smaller pump and that the pump could take care of both the pool and water feature. this along with repiping the above ground pipes to go with a new filter system. After the estimate was written I expected to be told
that we'll be back in 2 weeks to do the work. Nope. It turns out their large van contains every poosible part or equipment they need. Those men got to work, even though it was raining outside. Their work ethic aand deameanor was always friendly and patient despite the working conditions. It was a extreme pleasue to meet these men and I would highly recommend them

They did a great job of maintaining my pool. The motor went out on the pump while I was out of town and when I called they were very responsive and replaced it in a timely manner. Whenever I have had a question,
Cape May Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
was quickly there to answer it for me. I highly recommend this company.

Everything well perfectly. The staff and crew are amazing, too. Had a new salt water pool put in and it took around a week from start to finish. We even had some last minute ideas and it didn't affect things at all. I highly recommend them if you're have a pool put in.

GREAT Pool Company to work with!! I have had several houses with pools not to mention many different pool cleaners over the years...
Cape May Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
is by far the BEST Pool company I have ever had to pleasure of working with. Will and
Cape May Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
are terrific and provide excellent service!! Not only do they show up EVERY WEEK like they are supposed to, but they also actually take the time to Clean the pool properly and check the salt levels consistently to keep my pool looking great !
I would also like to note that when Will came aboard to take care of my salt water pool it was not in good shape at all to say the least.
It was a brand new pool put in by an incompetent builder who left us with terrible levels and basically just a mess. It took Will and
Cape May Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
a few months to get everything on track with it and they even came much more often then the contracted once a week schedule at NO EXTRA CHARGE to me in the beginning just to get the pool corrected due to the builders incompetence which was no fault of theirs.
They know their stuff and as long as they are in business, they will be our pool care providers!!
Thank you Will and

...you guys ROCK!

I initially bought a "Big Deal" from Angie's List to utilize
Cape May Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
in April 2014. I had just bought a house with a pool and had no idea what the different selections on my filter meant so was hoping to get educated on that because I couldn't figure out why my filter wasn't priming (it is a self-primer). This young guy named
Cape May Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
came by and talked my ear off about all the different chemicals, what levels of PH my pool should be at...too much information. I really just wanted to figure out why my filter wasn't priming but he said he had to get approval; spent another hour waiting around and talking...watching

10 with my son...then finally he said he would come back the following day. He got my filter running so was happy about that.
Cape May Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
tried to charge me extra for it but I refused because I considered it part of the deal and they complied.

During the visit in April I asked to get an estimate on removing the diving board and replacing the sand in the filter; I left a couple messages after that and didn't hear from them. I would call back and get the excuse they were busy. At this point you would think that I would have given up on them and found another pool company but I felt like I had already invested my time in these guys and the grass isn't always
Cape May Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
on the other side so decided to persevere. In June 2014 I finally had them do the work, $391.22 which I thought was very reasonable. I've had them come back a few times since because the plumbing leaks.

In January 2015 I had them come and close the pool. The weather was very cold and storms were coming in but they came out and took care of me which I am grateful for because that meant I didn't have to continually run my filter during the below freezing days!

Overall, we had a rocky start but communication has improved and I will continue to call them for all my pool needs :)
