and her employees have great design sense and decorative skills. The first time they did work for us, they took a disorganized house filled with clutter and, in a week, transformed it to be fit for an estate sale. They took great care with my parents belongings, which had been accumulated over 30 years. They were pleasant and respectful during a difficult process. They were friendly and fun to work with as well.
The second time we hired them, it was to stage the house in order to sell it. While the house wasn't nearly as cluttered this time around, we did not have appropriate/matching furniture and decorative items to display the house well.
and her crew brought in furniture and decorations from her store and reorganized the items we already had to coordinate with the items she brought in. In two days, they worked tirelessly to make another amazing transformation. Though the pictures taken before the staging made the house look mediocre, people are now telling us that it looks like a show house.
In both instances, after
& Co. finished their work, we felt like we were walking into a new house. The changes were dramatic. Couldn't be more pleased!

was amazing and so helpful. Came up with great ideas and color schemes that would work with some of our current colors but it was very fresh and met our needs exactly. Great choices for furniture and accessories. Would use
again anytime!!!

Our realtor provided

's staging services in preparation for listing our home.
Rye Home Stagers Provider Name Locked
was able to fit us in on short notice and arrived promptly. She immediately began making notations on changes she recommended both inside and outside of the house, then reviewed and discussed options with us. We received her email the next day with a list of the changes along with a "shopping" list of items we were going to need.
Rye Home Stagers Provider Name Locked
took the time to explain her recommendations which we found useful as we worked on implementing her suggestions. We often found ourselves asking, "what would
Rye Home Stagers Provider Name Locked
say about that?" as we considered rearranging and decorating options. It was surprising to see the difference in our home and how more spacious and updated it looked.
Overall it was a great experience.
Rye Home Stagers Provider Name Locked
was easy to work with and we appreciated her sensitivity to our situation and our budget, often times suggesting stores which could offer budget pricing for some of the decorating items we needed.

+Redesigned all our living spaces using existing furniture and art to create greater visual appeal +Advised us on de-cluttering-- we had excess furnishings from several family estates and needed focus to part with them +Provided color and lighting advice +Provided key accent pieces that were lacking +Arranged services from other professionals, such as movers and painters The results were fantastic.
Rye Home Stagers Provider Name Locked
was a very calming and supportive presence at difficult moments. The contacts with other professionals were much appreciated-- for example when the painters we had used before couldn't even start our work before our Open House,

directed us to someone else. Our only regret was that we hadn't consulted with

It went absolutely perfectly!
Rye Home Stagers Provider Name Locked
is very responsive to her clients' needs and opinions. She knows when and how to give appropriate suggestions and feedback regarding interior design ideas. She is easy to communicate with and is always pleasant and upbeat! She has a great sense of style and color and can see the "big picture" when assisting her clients with their projects. She goes the extra mile to insure customer satisfaction. Although my remodeling project is done, I still am planning to use her expertise and services for several minor projects. Plus,
Rye Home Stagers Provider Name Locked
is EXCELLENT at hanging pictures!
Rye Home Stagers Provider Name Locked
has not only high standards for her work but for those businesses she uses for various projects. This company is stellar and I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend

Rye Home Stagers Provider Name Locked
advised us on preparing our home for sale. We took her advice and moved most of our belongings into storage. This was a

The furnishings provided were simply awful. The staging in the dining area was a mixture of a dark brown table with green floor-length fabric chairs combined with red rug that made the dining area look much smaller than it is. In the bathroom, small white 18 x 12 inch rugs were laid against white vinyl floor with light tan towels mathced against white walls. In one of the bathrooms, my shower curtain was replaced with a dark brown curtain that clashed terribly with the gray painted wall. The couch in the living room was of a color somewhere between mauve and tan and it had a hold in the back of the cushion. In the main bedroom, the comroter was muticolored and striped with very inexpensive and very small white table meant to be night stands that made the room look cheap. My girlfriend of six years said the chairs in the dining room reminded her of a funeral home. My neighbor, who stopped by, was so incredulous at the furnishings that he grabbed my phone, called his wife and said, "You won't believe it, come over here, you've got to see this.
When I emailed the owner to say I was not happy with her work, she questioned my taste, the style tastes of my neighbors, and the style tastes of my girlfriend stating that we had neither the credentials not the experience to know anything about interior decorating. She reminded me how dated my house was, that I had antique brass fixtures, vinyl flooring, and

carpeting (

the thought,

carpeting!!). Then she said that the realtors who did not like the staging work were simply trying to get my listing and were appeasing me by agreeing with my comments (not only do I have no fashion sense, but those around me also have no integrity). When I told her that either we needed to work together or part ways quickly, she said she was willing to switch out a few pieces and then admitted that they were so busy that their 'warehouse' was empty; evidently, what I had gotten was the last of their inventory. Perhaps they were the last items that they had chosed not to put in other people's homes?
I looked at pictures of some of her other items from houses scheduled to close within the next week but decided to stage the house myself with furniture from my other house rather that risking another staging attempt when things had gone so poorly the first go-round. The owner said they could pick up the furniture the followiing Wednesday (one week after staging) but that she would only refund me $900 of the $1,400 she had charged. Tuesday morning, I was sitting in the
Rye Home Stagers Provider Name Locked
house working on my computer. Suddenly, I heard someone trying to get into the house (did not bother to knock until after finding that the door was locked). The guy at the door, who I have since learned is the owner's husband, said he and the fellow with him were here to pick up the furniture. I told him that the owner had said they would come on Wednesday. He said, "Isn't it Wednesday?" Dumfounded, I told him, "No, it's definitely not Wednesday." The conversation went downhill from there. He asked me to move my car so they could back their trailer into the driveway. I looked at the trailer knowing that with the steep incline of my driveway that the trailer was likely to scuff up my newly sealed driveway. Noticing my look, he said, "What?" I told him my concern; he said it was no problem last time so it would not be a problem this time.
After finishing my work on the computer, I watched his helper turn a picture in my stairway that made a clunk as it hit my wall. When I told him what happened, the worker said that he doubted he had done it. I told him he could check the bottom corner of the picture as there would be white paint on it fromt he impact to my wall. The owner's husband asked if I had any spackling, followed me into the garage, grabed a troweling knife and said, "Here's a putty knfe." When I told him it wasn't a putty knife, he said, "Well what is it then?" Having had enough of his rude behavior, I told him that if he was going to argue with me or cause any more problems that he would have to leave. He backed up, I told him I would fix the
Rye Home Stagers Provider Name Locked
myself, and he never said another thing to me. BTW, when they tried to leave, they had to stop to unload the entire trailer, because it was about to gouge the driveway. Long, long, long story short, it cost me $500 to rent bad leftover furniture for one week, not to mention that at the same time, my house was delayed from getting on the

greatly helped us sell our house by staging our home to maximize the beauty and versatility of our home. She was easy to work with in determining price and the degree of changes to be made to the interior design of our home, including using our items to their best advantage and incorporating a few of her items to enhance our own. The end result was amazing in terms of maximizing the openness, flow, beauty and size of our home. It significantly aided in expediting the sale of our home.

Not well. The furniture supplied was second rate
Rye Home Stagers Provider Name Locked
shop stuff most people would be ashamed to have in their homes. The Home Manager supplied a of couple decent pieces but that was all. Worse, the Home Manager was present at showings and insisted on discussing all the property's flaws and had to be banned from the premises whenever there was a showing scheduled. Needless to say the house did not sell in the but the franchisee still expected to paid. The whole deal was a scam.

It went great -- as usual.
