"If you have listened to the news, you know exactly how rotten that place is. I got a call today from a coordinator that picked up my blood pressure. I use the star health system to" send my blood pressure to the
so they have a record of it. Last night I was showing 190/99. My back hurt so bad and I was going without pain medicine. I took pain medicine and a pill to lower my blood pressure and it dropped. I wasn't happy with the woman that called. I turn my phones off at night because I write at night time and I go to bed late, very late. She left a nicer message than she did in the past, having a panic attack about me, my blood pressure being so high. But I lowered it to 124/80. I saw a nurse practitioner. They don't have doctors. I told the last doctor I had there that I wasn't drug seeking and that I just wanted relief from this pain and she said, "I don't believe you." She is first generation middle eastern, Iraqi. She speaks good English and everything, but she has still got ties to her home country. So maybe there was something in there. And maybe she didn't like women either. They're used to male vets. They don't have a women's center there, like they did in Chicago. Chicago, really knows how to do
well. So she just told me she didn't believe I had pain. Then I had an MRI of my lower back and it showed that I've got stenosis and grown discs and vertebrae. So I'd like to go and make her get down on her knees and plead for forgiveness. I asked for one doctor who was a really kind, wonderful person and they said, "No, you can't have her." I said, "Why not?" and they said, "Because you get what comes up." They were nasty people. They've since fired that crew and hired new people that have a little bit of kindness. Now, we want to go to the mental health group. They're so over worked. They don't even have time to pass messages to the workers. My last visit was a regular visit. She was training another nurse practitioner and so I had absolutely no private time with her. My blood pressure went to 200/100. I get very anxious very easily. I have panic attacks at night. I should be seeing a cardiologist or somebody more capable of understanding chronic hypertension. Because I am an RN, they're forced to have to pay attention to me. I'm going to go over to Longmont private hospital in the private sector and use their swimming pool. I'm thinking of going up to Wyoming to
. The drive is a little longer. They changed the medication. They changed Vicodin which helps my pain, from a class 2 to a class 3 which is the same a morphine and it should not be on that. They put an SSRI into class 1. Because Obama is taking on the
he is taking the grading system for drugs. The people who he has got working for him don't know what they're doing. They're using an anti-depressant as class 1 narcotic. That's wrong. I know too much about medicine to feel comfortable with the

Nurse Practitioner reviews in Nashua

She's really good. She gives me free samples of medications to try. The medication was effective. I've been seeing her for about 4 years. Her bedside manner is really good. She's very pleasantly nice, very educated, knowledgeable, very professional and compassionate. My daughter like her a lot. I have no problem with her. She emails back or call back real quickly.

I've used them a few times in the past, and everything has gone well. They're conveniently located, they're open all week, and the staff is friendly. The few times that I've made a visit, it's been just a registered nurse and a receptionist.

2011 - I left a message during the middle of the day and was surprised at first that there was no receptionist. A few hours later I got a call back from the NP, Esme herself. She has a Scottish? accent and was the sweetest lady I've ever met. She is empathetic, understanding and kind. She bends over backwards to make you feel taken care of and important. Her hours are very flexible and I was able to schedule an appt for 6:30pm so my husband and I could go together after work on a Tuesday. Her office is small and she does most the scheduling, paperwork and accounting herself. She does not work at the clinic full-time and may call you back while working at one of the Urgent Care or Hospitals she also works at. I have always received a call back the same day I leave a message.
At the first appointment, she had me fill out a questionnaire and was able to confirm that I had PCOS but ordered a bunch of blood tests to confirm. At the next appt, we went over the results. Again that appt was on a Tuesday evening and she spent over an hour showing me and my husband the actual paper results and what each number and test was, what it meant about my condition and symptoms and what we were going to do about it, writing everything down so we wouldn't forget. I was given diet advice and prescribed medications and she called them into my local pharmacies without any hassle. For the price of the co-pays and those two visits alone, she is worth her weight in gold.
I continued with a few follow-up appointments 1 mo, 3 mo and then 6 mo after the initial appt and had all the blood tests run again in

. 2011 to find that as expected, I wasn't completed balanced but that I was definitely doing much better. I lost 25 lbs in 6 months and with PCOS, that is amazing. I haven't had any trouble calling her to refill a prescription or ask about even getting cold antibiotics called in when needed.
I have no idea what I will do if I ever have to move outside of Utah, but I suspect that I will be willing to go to her for follow-up advice and exams on visits to family in future years and pay full-price if out-of-state insurance doesn't cover it. Esme is amazing and the best medical professional I have ever met! My husband agrees and wishes she took care of guys too :D

I arrived on time and waited 15 minutes for the nurse to call me. After that, I spoke with Hope,

came in promptly and we talked about my next goals for my health. I left and paid my co-payment.

I called to set up an appointment in the morning and even though they were booked because of my symptoms and level of dicomfort they got me in later that afternoon. The waiting room was extremely busy and I think I got the last open seat but they do share an office building with other physicians. She determined the cause of my problem was a yeast infection, which I have had problems with in the past. She is very compassionate and caring. She gave me some different things to try because I've been getting these so bad for so long. She asked me a lot of questions regarding my daily habits, current medications, etc. to see if we could come up with a reason for this. She called in my prescriptions to my pharmacy for me to go pick up after I was done with work so that was very convenient and helpful.

Nashua Nurse Practitioners Provider Name Locked
has a wonderful gift of listening. Not only was she able to assist me with interpreting the results of some medical tests, she listened to my frustrations about a recent car crash I was involved in. She took all this in to consideration when she prescribed medications and even referred me to another care-giver for some additional assistance.
