The following negligent, unprofessional and deceptive acts were
1. The lease for the tenants staring in 2012 was not counter
authorized representative of the Leasing Agent, as required. Not only
does that make the lease invalid for property owners, but it also
takes advantage of renters and their rights. When I noticed the
discrepancy, I was informed by a representative of the leasing agent
they can counter sign at any time to fully execute the agreement which
is completely negligent.
2. Prior to entering into the contract with the above referenced
tenants, the company stated they received verification of
self-employment from a CPA, and that the individuals were
self-employed for two years. Later we found out only three months
self-employment was verified. This was never brought to my attention,
and contradicts the lease and application. Additionally, the
agreement signed by the tenants and the application contained
inconsistent information about the renters, including multiple
variations of their name being contradictory to the names listed on
the first page of the lease.
3. In November 2012, we were notified by
renters had requested to vacate the property before their lease was
receiving notification of the above renters of their intent and
request to vacate the rental property in November 2012.

(more than a month after it was due), I was finally informed that the
above referenced renters had moved out, made alterations to my
physical property, completed illegal construction, stole my carpeting,
painted original hardwood floors, and changed the physical structure
and layout of the building. Damages resulting from their alterations
and theft of property resulted in a property value decrease of $8,000
less than the estimated value in 2008--and that estimated value was
even prior to the upgrades we made ourselves including central air and
new flooring, so the property value decrease was probably closer to
$10-15,000. All of this happened while the property was under their
care, yet they didn't even bother to follow up on the property after
the request to vacate in November until our inquiry in January, and
that's when all of this damage occurred.

7. The negligent placement of this tenant and improper
lease/background check resulted in lost rents for the months of
December 2012, January- June 2013, August 2013 of $895 per month.
That doesn't include the repair costs and the lost property value.

us with an estimate for what needed to be done to fix the property
from the damage completed by the previous tenants and get it ready to
be rented again. We agreed to their suggestions (as that's what we
had hired them to do--manage the property), and the fixes were made.
A renter was found a few months later, but in less than a month they
were filing action to get out of the lease because there were major
issues with the condition of the property, including mold. How is it
a renter in there for even one month??
9. Even a year after firing

trust anything you see on their website based on this.
I urge you to find another property manager or leasing company to work
but once you get a peek on the inside, you realize how awful it really
