Home Remodeling Reviews in Concord

The project went very well from the first meeting for an estimate to the completion. The estimate was within our budget and compared very well to other similar estimates. The project did end up slightly higher than originally expected and was delayed by a little over a week, however, this was not a serious issue.
Right from our first meeting
worked with us to get our vision of the project and made suggestions on
things we could change that might fit our needs. Two examples which both had a major impact on the finished result: First,
suggested removing a post and replacing the structural beam to allow us more freedom in the placemnt of furniture once the room was finished. He knew we were leary of cost and just the thought of such a structural change but he worked with us to fully explain the process and the benefits we would gain. Second we had planned on a closet with bi-fold doors to hide existing plumbing/sewer access and
suggested a built-in bookcase that would better hide the items yet still keep the required access should it ever be needed. We had never even considered this as an option but now that the room is finished and we now have books and items out in plain sight again that had been in storage we cannot imagine the room any other way.
Every step was explained as to what would happen when and when some minor setbacks arose they too were explained and we were kept in the know as to what would be taking place each day. If needed subcontractors worked late or came to work on Saturdays to stay on schedule as much as possible.
saw "our vision", tweaked it with things he knew would work and in just four weeks from start to finish we have a completed living space that truly looks like it cameut of a magazine without the highend costs.
In addition to the quality of the work the responsiveness from
throughout whether from our numerous questions or minor concerns we would either speak directly with
in person or ask questions directly to a subcontractor on-site we would have our answer right then in person or very quickly via a return phone call or e-mail response.
We would definitely use
again and spoke to him at the end of this project about plans we have for a three season porch in the next few years.
