A representative came out to give an estimate on my kitchen. It took me over a month to schedule a time for the estimate. He finally came out and now 2 months later I still have never received an estimate. This company was voted Best in Omaha for several years in a row!! If this is what Omaha votes are the Best... I have found another company that is much more responsive.

Our bathroom was in need of a major overhaul. There were leaks, mold, cracked tiles and blocked plumbing. Bill
's crew removed everything from the bathroom including a cement subfloor. Bill suggested several ideas to bring our bathroom up to date. He was the only contractor we talked to that came up with a plan to make our long, narrow bathroom more useable. He did not have to relocate plumbing but made better use of the space we had.
On our initial meeting with Bill, he told us we would see something happening each day during construction and we did. He told us that keeping our home as clean as possible was a priority, and they did. He told us how much time it would take to complete the job and he finished exactly then. He also told us that he would do whatever was necessary to make us happy with the final project and he was good to his word.
This was a very pleasant process. Even the cabinet people told us we picked one of the best contractors in the city. He made frequent contact with us throughout the remodeling to keep us apprised of progress. He came up with innovative ways to repair/replace water-damaged wood. His craftsmen and subcontractors were courteous and competent. We are completely satisfied with the results. We have happily recommended him to friends and family.

came out quickly and got us taken care of. He checked back a couple times to make sure everything was going as it should, and didn't push any unnecessary services like some restoration companies do. I was happy with his work and his responsiveness when I needed him. I will use him again, hopefully not too soon.

solicited in my neighborhood going door to door and promising that I would not even have to deal with my insurance company or pay a deductible. He had 2 guys soliciting his services that he fired a few days later. He did not come through on much other than putting on a lousy roof that now leaks in several places. He did not replace the the plywood in the middle of the roof that was rotten and I had to hire someone later to replace it and reshingle it. My insurance company paid to have a lot of things replaced on the roof that he did not do. I do not even have a new skylight in my kitchen that was broken by the hailstorm in April 2013. He did not replace the valleys, pipejacks, gutter guards, ice and water shields, etc. He got $9000.00 from my insurance company and did about $3000.00 worth of work. Did not even clean out gutters or clean up nails all over or the mess the dumpster in my driveway left. The guy(

and told me what lousy work that he does and how big of a thief that he is. At this time I did not know what to believe or think. After

was paid all of his money he was told that my roof was leaking. He stated that he didn't believe that it could be. I had to hire someone else to repair what he failed to do. His 5 year workmanship warranty is as phony as he is!!! I have changed home owners insurance companies a couple of months ago and they sent an adjustor out to look at my roof and won't insure it for replacement cost 100% due to the shotty workmanship done by

. I am disabled and on Social Security Income trying to maintain my house and now I have to get a 3rd roofer to straighten out all of the shotty workmanship from prior and I can't afford it right now. I would not recommend

to my worst enemy!!!
He was paid for 25 year shingles and put on the cheapest 20 year ones he could find.

The contractor called right away to set up the appt to take a look, after going over multiple items, he agreed he could do the work and returned a bid within a week. We were happy with the bid and the contractor started the work when promised. Starting off he ran into problems moving the wiring due to the lines being stapled. I was able to reach in to remove the staples so we would not need to rewire the surround sound, but when pulling the wiring, one of the back speaker wires pulled through its hole ceiling causing the contractor to punch additional holes in searching to pull it back out. He did run a piece of our wiring from the fan box over to an existing wall switch, but did not hook up on either end. Plastic was not used during the sanding or mudding of the ceiling or walls, but the ceiling turned out great and we were very happy with the results. The entry and screen door was removed with the new door put in, however off center and missing two inches of the threshold into the house. The contractor did call and advise it would be corrected the next day and asked if we had tiles that matched the entryway, as it would not fit in the same positioning. The next day, I received a call advising the work was done and waiting for payment. Coming home I found the walls had a fresh coat of mud, the contractor advised he was still working on, in addition, the fan wiring was still not connected to the fan box or switch, the electrical panel door was still on the floor, the framed water main/meter had been drywalled in with an outlet size hole, needing it to be cut out on both. The whole house was full of dust and all trash, mud drops, construction waste and doors left in basement and garage. The storm door was not put back on, (advised was not part of the bid). When the installed entry door is shut, there is a wide gap on the opening side where light is seen through. The 2 inch space between the threshold and tile is still there. There is no support board under the threshold step of the installed door, if stepping on it moves back and forth. The outside of the door has wide gaps all the way around the door (advised a painter can caulk). The existing woodwork was put back on crooked, overhanging into the opening of the door, which gets hit and cracked due to the off center and drop to the left. The deadbolt was not re-installed, the door handle would not turn to the right and by the next day we could not get in or out of the door. I was advised he was still going to finish up and I had his check written, when we took the dog out and came back in, the contractor had left...and never came back. I am not sure what happened, although we had a mess at first, when he was at the point of finishing the ceiling, I was very pleased. It would have been better for both of us if he would have just advised he could not do the work, or if not having the time, I would have rather he just not have started it. It did seem to take more time and he had to have others help, so I am unsure if it took longer than he expected and was no longer worth his time, but we could have discussed and modified the pricing. He did ask for and was given extra for the wire I pulled into the ceiling, so I would not think needing more money was the issue,,. As it stands I have to call in someone to repair/finish his work. I would not normally write up a bad review on someone, but this is an honest review and I am sorry for whatever happened that could have caused this type of work to be left.. I thought the pricing was good in the bid, however for the quality of what he left us with and cost I will have to pay to complete the work, lowered the ratings. We are sorry it did not work out..and I do have to say he did do a great job on the ceiling. I would just recommend that although you discuss what needs to done, make sure all work, time and expectations, be specified in the paperwork.

Compliments and 3 Hip Hip Horrays to
Omaha Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
. They remodeled a bathroom and did a great job. They came to work on time, they completed as much as they could each day (some procedures had to dry) and when they left my home was very clean and all debris removed. The end result was better than I imagined. The final price was the same as the estimate even though they ran into some snags. A great experience and end result. Am extremely pleased and would highly recommend them. Very professional.

They did great quality work and have attention to detail in every phrase of the project. We are very proud of our deck and look forward to daily enjoyment once spring arrives.
