"The gentleman called me on his way here, like I requested, so the baby wouldn't get woken up by the doorbell. He was very friendly and explained to me what he was going to do and how. He worked quickly so I could get the most out of the hour special I had purchased. I only had to pay extra for a couple copper pieces that were needed to extend the water line. It was a great experience and great prices! We will definitely call them again if we need anything in the future!"

"Our drain was overflowing periodically in the basement. Apparently our house is old enough to where it has cast iron plumbing drain lines from the house to the street. The previous owner we bought the house from left the house vacant over winter and then some (more and more) as the years went by. Apparently some rust built up in the drain and was obstructing flow. Snaking the drain did the trick and the guy said he guaranteed for something like 6 months I believe. So we'll see if we have to keep re-doing it. If so, whoever's idea it was to use a rustable pipe in building a house ought to be something I can't print.

"The basement drain started backing up so gave these guys a call since I've used them in the past (see previous post). They were out that day -- very responsive. On the first trip, they were unable to find the main line clean-out so they went through a toilet (after removing it) and snaked the main sewer drain. I have two trees in the front yard and the roots from one or both found the jackpot in the main sewer line. They found the clog, but the snake got snagged and they were unable to retrieve it in a timely fashion. They finally got it out and decided to go in with the camera. However, they were unable to get it past the first trap and finally had to give up. The main drain was flowing fine so they called it a day. They had run out of some type of adapter to reinstall the toiled so one of the guys took off to find one. Took about 45 minutes. When he got back, they discovered they didn't have a masonry bit to install the adapter. Guy went back out for another 30 mins. Got back, reattached the toilet. $451.
Two weeks later the drain backed up again. I called that night and they were back out the next morning. Again, very responsive. By this time I had found the main clean-out, but it was behind the furnace and the clean-out faced the furnace so no real room to work. Went in again through the toilet and water started flowing fine. They found A fem hygiene product and A baby wipe (my daughter and grandson are staying with me, so.... yea).
I had them feed the camera through the clean-out this time (tight, but it worked fine) and the pipe looked good; a few roots still noticeable, so not sure how ONE fem hygiene product and ONE baby wipe could have caused a clog in a 4" pipe. Water flowed fine and continues to do so two months later. $200 for second visit.
NOTES:
1. I started using copper sulfate (Zep - get at big box store - thanks YouTube) to

those roots. $13 a pop, a few times a year vs. $650.
2. Not happy it took two trips or that they didn't have all the parts, so it wasted my time.
3. If it does happen again, I feel I'd use a national chain simply because they've probably done 1000's of these and it may cost less.
4. They don't give you a receipt on the visit (two carbon sheet manual system) so they'll e-mail you a copy in a week or so. Hence, "B" for Professionalism.
5. If they go through a toilet, they can't use the 4" cutter (for the 4" main). Not sure why they didn't push the snake to the main clean-out then swap the cutters. They suggested a new clean-out outside.

"I called
Omaha Plumbers Provider Name Locked
to fix a $10 leaking shut off valve on the toilet, Normally I do this stuff myself but my daughter is very sick with leukemia and I told the guy this when he showed. I had the water off and asked them to please just replace the valve and leave so I could focus on her. An hour and thirty minutes later - all the "testing" was done and I was presented 5 options. Option 1- no bull- was $7000- and included a dechlorinator, water softener, and something to reduce the pressure coming into the home. Oh yes and that little shut off valve that u wanted would be included in that as well. I took option 5 : $150 and 20 minutes later the valve was fixed. Never again. "

"Cost was about what I estimated prior to arrival. The gentleman who came to my house was very friendly, I would say that probably cost me a bit, because he stops working when he talks, and you pay by the hour. But he did get the job done, and worked fast when he wasn't talking. Also they held the check for a long time over the holidays and this made me nervous, but after contacting them, the check was cashed. Also arrived much later than expected, due to another job running long. Working in a service field myself, I understand that this happens... of course we give a discount if we are running behind, that would have been nice."

"Went online found this company and printed off a coupon they offered for a 93 dollar drain cleaning...called the company to make a appointment and asked about the amount...they said 93.00 no mention of any other costs. Service man comes and cleans drain when he is done I ask for the amount and he says 93.00 plus a service fee of 50.00 and tax. I understand the tax but the service fee should have been mentioned...not good business

"They are great! Have already recommended them and they are now our go-to guys. They bailed us out by working us in when the kitchen sink leaked the day before a major family event at our home.
