On February 18th I called again and was informed that accountant had been placed on bed rest and they would look into the reimbursement and follow up with me within 24 hours. NO follow up occurred.
On March 4th I made another phone call to the main office and was told that they would look into the payment and get back to me. No follow up ever made.

On March 29th I called and was informed that the Owner wanted to send the jacket to the company weaver to see if they could fix the damage done to the jacket. I had informed them that this was NOT acceptable after 4 months of having the jacket and had they taken this action on January 10th rather than lying to me about misplacing my jacket or on February 4th when I had requested that I be paid for the replacement cost of the jacket.
The lack of customer service provided to me was deplorable and I would not ever recommend this company to anyone!
