"The team, (4-5) was diligent, well trained, polite and willing to take feedback, and make any adjustments, if necessary. As an example, they had a new employee on" siteone morning who was not quite pulling his weight - he was gone the next day. Because they were so busy, it was a little difficult to get them started on the project, but once they did, the team was here until the end. The quality of their work was excellent and has held up very well. Daily clean up was OK, but they had to be reminded on a couple of occasions. Overall, I would recommend
and the team highly. They are capable and dependable.

Carpentry/woodworking

Finish carpenters can design, build and install woodwork structures in your house to enhance the quality and adorn the attractive appearance of your home. There carpenters can complete several different jobs for new homes or remodeling of an existing house.

Baseboards and molding

Baseboards and molding serve a practical function -- covering up the space where walls and floors join, as well as protecting the wall from scuffs and dents. But they also provide a decorating opportunity.

You need a general contractor - prefereably one who specializes in additions, because you have excavation, waterproofing, concrete, concrete cutting, carpentry, door and window, etc trades to coordinate.

The cost will depend a great deal on your topography around the house - if the base of the window will be above ground level at least 6 inches, then could run about $500 for a legal egress window purchase and about $1000-2000 for installation, depending on how deep into the concrete you have to cut.

If the bottom of the window will be below ground level, then to call it a bedroom (which mandates legal sized second egress and usauully at least one window)  then you will have two choices - bring it out into a solid watertight concrete storm cellar with collar to keep water out, stairs, and and weather and bug-tight cellar door that is inward-opening, which means a lot of space for stairs and landings top and bottom, or bring it out into an oversized window well at least 36 inches in diameter, and with steps to ground level, with adequate drainage and waterproofing to keep it dry. Either way, sometimes about as easy to put in an outside door as a window, and might raise property value more. Cost from $2-5,000 depending on how deep into concrete wall you have to dig, whether concrete wsall needs reinforcing with steel frame because of the depth of cut, how easy the digging is, and what your water conditions are near the foundation. The last thing you want to do is create an easy water or vermin ingress with your egress.

Dictated by Federal LAW , you will need a Licensed and EPA Certified HVAC Contractor

to make such repairs . In fact , by law , ONLY A licenesed HVAC contractor can buy or install

said eguipment , NOT A handyman nor general contractor !

YES , You should have an A.C. sleeve surrounding the through the wall unit . These sleeves will usually accompany NEW products , either as a package or an add on equipment purchase.

Contact a Licenesed PROFFESSIONAL at once !

It depends on what type of ramp you need. If it is built out of wood you could look for a carpenter or a deck company. If you are looking for a concrete ramp a mason would be what you are looking for. There are also metal ramps and I believe some medical supply companies may carry them or be able to steer you in the right direction. As for insurance coverage I am not sure. You may have coverage and would be best talking to your agent. Depending on why you need this ramp there may even be programs through your local government or even some of the local charities might help. It might be a project a local Scout Troop might help out on.

He completed the job in a timely manner. Two guys came out and they worked for 6 hours. They did a beautiful job and I would hire them again. He really knew his trade and fixed it better than new; he did an absolutely first class job.

He can do almost anything. He is very professional and is a genuine hard worker. He will give you an estimate. He charges either by the job or by the hour. He will think through what you are asking him to and plan it out and make suggestions to save you money or to do it better. He is available fairly quickly or will tell you when he will be available. He will follow through with anything that you need adjusted.

When he said he was coming, he came. He did really good work. He did all the work himself -- he had no helpers. He was a very hard worker. He was very communicative with us, as well. Toward the end of the project, I think he missed a few finishing nails and he forgot to put locks on the gates, but we took care of that ourselves.

& her employees were careful to protect areas surrounding their work. Thankfully they were even able to diagnose and repair a problem that was causing additional damage beyond their original scope of work. They are trustworthy and do good work.

Simply put this company is fantastic. I had them paint the entire interior and exterior of my house and some renovation work including opening up a wall in my living room and remodeling the two access points into one of my upstairs bathrooms. From pricing to scheduling to the execution of the work, Benchmark is top notch. They were always friendly, helpful and professional throughout the entire process. I will continue using them for all of my painting/carpentry jobs and would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of these types of services.
