and they're slower than, yeah." All the neighbor's complain that it is super slow. I don't think all their fiber optic stuff is up to date in town. Nobody else has lines out here so we don't have a choice. We had called them because our bill was so high and our internet so cruddy. They told us if we changed packages that it will lower our bill and that we would get better internet service. So, okay, fine. I didn't know that there was anything involved here at the house. The service guy had to come out and adjust something on the box. They had to do something on their end and then he had to come and do an update at the box. It has been better but you can tell on the weekends and when the weather's bad. On the weekends you can tell there are a lot of people on the internet because it's really slow. Different times a day even throughout the day, especially during bad weather. The service guy was scheduled to be here between 10:00 and 2:00 and he was here right after 10:00. The guy was really nice. He had to come out a couple of days later again because I was still having problems. One of their lines was old and he had to replace it. They said something about the box outside going to something else was not good. The guy figured it out. I was on the line with tech support I don't know how many times that day and finally they said we just need to send someone out and he was there right away.

They have the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. The employees do know how to apologize for the wait and the problem, they just have no solutions to any problem. whatsoever.

They are the only choice I have, there’s nobody else here. As a national company, their service is mediocre. I called them this morning and for an hour on the phone the issue was not solved so they have to call me back until they finally figure out why their system is not working properly. They could not answer my questions so we did not resolve any thing. We just spent a lot of time on the phone. For the last couple of weeks, there was a problem with their service but they could not resolve it and they could not figure out why it’s not working the way it should work.

Not too bad, they are pretty good. We had some problems initially. They came out and diagnosed the problem we had for years and took care of it right away. Their price is just the same like the rest of them. We even tried satellite but we couldn't get a better deal anywhere we went. They have good quality service.

isn't very good. They are pretty bad on service. If you have a problem, you call, they want you to fix it on the phone. If I knew how to fix it, I wouldn't call them. For customer service, I give them a D. They are kind of a monopoly in the area in which they operate so pricing they are pretty inline... you are not going to get anybody much more or much cheaper. Reliability is an A. Speed and such is all an A. Pricing, give them a C because it is almost $65 for the internet. That is a little high. It seems like every year or so they go up a few dollars here and there. I have never had a problem I don't think I have ever called them about. I called them once and they came out the same day. I am going to start shopping to find a better deal.

In the past the service was generally good but over the past 2 months it has been very bad. Toward the end I had been without service for about 2 weeks. I have attempted to contact them but when I call I just get a fast busy signal. It seems they have gone out of business and haven't told anyone.

They came last sat to connect my service. When they came out they told me there was something wrong with the pole. They told me to call and someone would come out on monday. When I called on monday, they told me they would not come out for 2 weeks. I told them that was unacceptable, I spoke with a supervisor and was told that someone would call me back in an hour. After 3 hours I called back and they told me they had scheduled me for this Friday, that was unacceptable. I spoke with another supervisor, and was told I would be called back in a couple hours, I have not been called back 24 hours later.

I was put on-hold this morning for 20 minutes. Then, the service rep told me I had to talk to someone else. So, I was put on hold for another 25 minutes. Now, I have been forced to call CenturyLink again because my issue couldn't be resolved by the rep on the on-line chat. I was on-hold again for 20 minutes before I could even through. Again, that person had to transfer me to "the appropriate service person." After 5 minutes, my call was sudenly disconnected from CenturyLinks end. So, I had to call a third time. Now, i have been waiting for 15 minutes to get through to someone again. I have been forced to waste an hour and a half of my time waiting for customer service reps at a COMMUNICATIONS COMPANY. Delta Airlines has a service where the customer can leave their number and Delta will call that customer back when their number comes up in the queue. CenturyLink has the nerve to have a recurring taped message that says, "Your call is very important to us. Thank you for your patience. A representative will be with you shortly." What a bunch of horseshit that is!!! Companies who value their customers don't make them wait for more than 5 minutes, TOPS. I WOULD NEVER, EVER, EVER USE CENTURYLINK AGAIN. I WOULD NEVER, EVER, EVER RECOMMEND CENTURYLINK TO ANYONE, NOT EVEN MY WORST ENEMY. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER, EVER EXPERIENCED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
