"Office staff was friendly and professional. I was able to get in much more quickly than other retina specialists I'd tried. They did a details scan of my retina, discussed potential causes, treatments, and side effects. I returned the next day for a shot - they are not allowed to keep the medication in their office. I've returned twice for additional shots. My vision improves after each shot. The doctors and staff are all friendly and professional, clearly informing me about my condition, procedures, etc.
"Overall everything went well. Dr. bill my insurance company and I was sent a bill with a due date that thereafter would be subject to additional surcharges for being late. I was a little surprised by this and had to call my insurance company and they told me that they hadn't sent in a claim. I called them and corrected the insurance information they had and then a few weeks later I got the same bill once again. I called my insurance company and again they stated that a claim had not been made. I found this a bit frustrating and had to call billing once again to ensure that they had the proper information. I haven't received a third bill yet so I am hoping that this got taken care of. All in all I think I will go back again next year because the service was good I just had a few complications with billing I'm afraid.
