"He's an excellent doctor. Let me put it this way, I'm 69 years old. I'm retired from Exxon Mobil and I'm married to one of Exxon's nurse" practitioner. Before she lets me go to any doctor, she thoroughly screened them as far as their education background, etc. So, I only got, in my whole life, I've only gone to see the best doctors. He takes excellent care of me. It's all good. He's a very impressive, young man, and he's very thorough, and he's very attentive, and he seems very sincere.

-John B.

"He has provided my entire family with medical care this entire time. He has a very calm bedside manner and takes adequate time to discuss issues with patients." His schedule might be full but he has found a way to fit me in many times in the past.

-Paul L.

Internal Medicine reviews in Crosby

We go to Spruce Medical Group for all of our health care services and we use Dr. Gulefferian. I used to partner for years who was a heart specialist and when he retired, this doctor took over. He is a bit young for us but he has been very good. My husband has had heart surgery and everything and they were excellent with him. The punctuality is a little iffy like most doctors you seem to wait. He has a large practice and sometimes it gets packed up. He does still go to the hospital which a lot of doctors don't. The communication is pretty good. The staff friendliness is a 'B', it is not him, it includes other doctors and a lot of that is caused by the other doctors. He is trying to get better.
- Ron V.

The office is friendly. I've been going there for a long time. It was an emergency visit because I fell and needed somebody to look at my knee and whether it was broken or not. They fit me in that afternoon. X-rays are done in the same building, so I got it all done at once. You can get in, in a week or two if it's not an emergency. She's nice and pleasant. She seems to really care about whether or not your health is all right or not. She wants you to get the testing done that you're supposed to be getting done regularly.

He's been my doctor for years. With what's been going on in my life I've seen way too many doctors, and a lot of times these doctors' get this arrogance about them. It's not always negative, but because I'm not a doctor they talk down to you. He doesn't do that. He's just the most gentle, kind and patient man. He's just very sweet and all the other things that a doctor should be. He's thorough, cares and compassionate. He's just a very nice, kind man. If you need to see him, they'll squeeze you in. Sometimes there is a little bit of a wait, but it has never interfered with my life and I've never sat there for hours. I've also called him when I was in a lot of pain and they fit me in that day even though they were booked. The girls that work there are sweethearts. On the other half of his practice, he has a whole holistic thing going on. He does vitamin infusions, massage and nutrition counseling. He even put one of those fireplace things in. The furniture could use a little updating, but they just recently moved into the office. It is a decent atmosphere. It's not real cold and dark like some offices. He's punctual, but it varies. If another patient calls in with an emergency and I was okay and he wanted to squeeze them in, they would explain it to me. It would be no problem and I would sit there, but normally if everything is great his punctuality is fine. There has been no problems with the billing. I don't want to see anyone else and if he retires I don't know what I'm going to do.
- Sarah M.

I like that she's very well informed in all the new developments in medicine. She works with me to help modify my lifestyle for the better. Whenever I've asked her for referrals, she's recommended specialists that are excellent. She's quick to get back to me if I have a question or need a prescription refilled. She's a very good diagnostician. She takes the time to discuss with me everything I'd want to talk about.

I have been seeing him for about 5 years. He is close by to me. He is a pretty busy doctor. He also handles cardiovascular risk management. He does not have to refer you to someone else if you are also having heart problems. He has nice nurses. I do not interact with the office staff much but scheduling is not an issue. I have had issues with getting prescriptions filled.

Crosby Internists Provider Name Locked
is an excellent Primary Care Physician! I have been treated by him for many years and I simply cannot say enough good things about this man. The fact that, while I have a choice of many fine physicians in the Pittsburgh area; I continue to trust him daily with my life, is the highest praise I can give him!
- Richard P.

often I use diagnostic waneck. The whole organisation is first class because of quality, care and the facilities, everything...we've used it for more years everthing is proffesional, first class. Billing is very good. Am planning to go there in future
- john S.

He's one of those practices where I go to every year and walk in whenever you feel like it. He's kept me alive. They're great. They are really great to deal with. I can actually call them up and go there anytime I feel like it. You can get in 24 hours a day on the cellphone so you can't get much better than that.
- Walter B.
