"this is a renovation from h***. this is still going on as we speak. we started work on September 17th on my 7.5x5 ft bathroom. until i asked" about permits they had no intention of getting them. the first people working on my house advised that they were an electrician but they were doing plumbing work. it took 4 weeks to get the house inspected because did not apply for the permits before starting work on my house. They failed hte framing inspection and took a week to fix the 3 things that they failed for. He advised once they passed that we would take 4-5 days to complete the project. Well it is now friday and they failed ot show up on monday , only worked a half day uintil 1 on tuesday. they took all day to put up basically 2 pieces of sheetrock. to move my laundry they had to open up my fwall and ceiling and they broke up the pieces ot the ceiling and wall and then advised they are not responsible to replace them. this company is very unprofessional and i regret ever hiring them to work on my house. i only hope they actually show up and complete this renovation since i already gave them a large sum of money to work on my house. Buyers beware of this company.

"He was 30 minutes late for the 7:30 am appointment. (Which was his requested time) He asked me to run up and down the stairs to bring him a ladder and then again" to bring him my tools. As we were leaving he went out to his work truck (were HIS tools and ladder were stored) and cleaned it out. Left the trash in my by drive. His estimate was vague and very high.

Home Automation reviews in Washington

Everything went well. They were early to the appointment and efficient. When they left, everything worked! Good company; fine job!

This will be a shorter review then what I would normally put up since I am very happy with the services provided.
came exactly on time, and was very pleasant to work with. He was able to provide a solution, test the solution and then mount a camera on a brick facade without any issues. He also did an amazing job running ...More the cables through the wall there was minimal show of the 14 foot wire run.
10/10, would use again.

Sewesi came out, spent time listening to what we wanted, gave us the quote & installed the next week. He went out of his way to accommodate us - we are very pleased.

I have used K&S AVS on 2 houses now for installation of home entertainment and network. The professionalism and attention to detail is amazing. The last install was a media room install and 3 other TV mounts in other rooms. I had install a home network system as well. I couldn't be happier with the functionality with ...More everything that was installed. No exposed wiring anywhere! I will be finishing my basement soon and the phone call will be made to K&S without hesitation. Always there when he says he will be. I will gladly give reference if needed.

and his office are commendable on every level. From the initial communication - they let me know when would arrive, update me on his eta, respond quickly to emails; to the actual work - showed up as scheduled, was very professional in appearance and demeanor, and understanding of ...More some of the challenges of doing the work that day (a neighbor's home was being used for a film shoot and that required to occasionally be very quiet.)
The actual installation was done impeccably. He worked around problems with beams, hid wires, and fixed a pre existing issue. When he job was done, cleaned up the area and left it spotless.

It went great. The guys were right on time, checked out the problem and proceeded to fix the whole system.
Previously, n attempting to fix something small I had managed to disable component. I was so pleased that everything was up and running!

We needed an elevator in our home for health purposes. Our goal was to find a company that could provide the equipment, service the equipment, and provide a design that is attractive and fits into the architecture of our home. I checked Angie's List, and found nothing that I wanted. Searched the internet with similar lack of success. There ...More was nothing under $30K. I checked with every company on the internet and even went to the phone book! Every company we checked with was just a contractor who sold units from other companies, went to another company to contract the installation, and a third party to get service. We wanted old-fashioned one stop shopping. is the solution.
Our general contractor did the research--including asking insurance adjusters for recommendations. He found . Bill Key, the local representative for ., came to our home to help us decide where we could best locate the elevator. He walked the entire house, looked at the design of the house, and made a wonderful suggestion.
Bill Key and the general contractor met at our home to discuss how the equipment would fit into the design. At that time, Bill provided the construction specifications to accommodate the equipment and the hoist way. The general contractor engaged an architect, pulled the permits, and completed the framing of the hoist way.
Bill returned, took all the measurements, sent them to the company's central location. The company then custom built the elevator to fit those measurements exactly, delivered all the components, and sent their installers to complete the job. The installation took 2 and 1/2 days. The installers were expert, efficient, immaculate, related well to our pets, and their work was precise. The installers gave us a briefing on how to use the unit including the telephone , showed us all the safety features, gave a demonstration, and left laminated instructional sheets in duplicate. We were able to use the elevator immediately. They cleaned up all their work areas, and I didn't have to do a thing!
Bill returned to check out the installation and give us further instructions.
The unit is beautiful! The cost of $17,500.00 includes 3 doors rather than the conventional 2 doors. This allowed us to fit the unit into our home's design so that it looks like it has always been here, rather than an "old, sick people's retrofit". The telephone is built in and connected to our land line. It is flush with the wall of the elevator. Gorgeous! We are pleased beyond our expectations!
Because of the quality of the equipment, the look of it, and the cost, our neighbors are using the same company.
