"I waited for over two months to get my title to my truck that I had purchased from
. The vehicles he sells on his lot, are not currently in his name at all. He leaves them in the previous owners names and when someone purchases ...more a vehicle from him, he tells them that he will have it the title for that vehicle purchased the following week and it's never true. I will never purchase a vehicle there ever again and would not advise anyone else to purchase there either. After that being said, I noticed my vehicle was a little low on oil, when I pulled my dipstick. So I purchased a couple of quarts to add in, but when I went to take my oil fill cap off, it wouldn't come off!
were the last ones to change the oil, just before I bought it. I finally got the cap off and there was blue thread-locker in there holding it in place. They pull childish stunts to force business back to them. Come to find out there were over five different things wrong my truck that I had purchased from them and I had to spend more money to get my truck fixed. Bad Business!!! "

"Because of the horrible experience I had all can say is what ever you don't buy a used car from INTERSTATE. My car is just about paid for and I've spent as much money for repairs as I did for the car.

"Even though they had a vehicle just like mine for sale (same miles and same everything) for $16000 I was Quoted only $9500 trade. The day I showed up to make the deal they changed the trade to $9000 - even lower than the original offer said - less than a week later and they wouldn't honor their own offer??? When I objected to the change I was ...more told "take it or leave it" - when I asked why they changed the price I was told "have a good day". Not even worthy of an explanation? don't believe the no pressure commercials its a lie. We didn't buy the vehicle. I went to another new car dealer and got $11000 for my trade. "
"Made my initial call and within 20 minutes we had a deal. The price quoted to me was less than any dealer that I went to. They took my old car as the trade-in. All of this was done over the phone on a Wednesday evening. Friday morning, at 10:00 am I got a call that they are delivering the car to me and should arrive by 12 noon, which it did. This was ...more a great benefit since I live in New
and they are in Brooklyn. The only reason it was not delivered on Thursday was that they needed to prep the car.
I have NEVER had such an easy transaction. They were totally professional and did it all with a smile.
When my lease is up I will definitely return to them for another car. "
". My family are hockey players, snow boarders & kayakers. We ordered all the equipment on March 31, 2014. I was told 2-4 weeks. I called in 5 weeks only to be told the equipment was not in. I called repeatedly once a week, only to find out by the parts manager, that my equipment was in fact delivered in April. I have still not been given a ...more date to come and get my equipment. They have thus far refused to allow me to speak to the owner Mr. LEVEO DAWARDIO. RUN AROUND! "
I live in Michigan, and purchased a used 2011 Audi A5 convertible from
Imports in Connecticut in March of 2014. The reason that I purchased the car at such a great distance from my home is that it was the exact vehicle that I was looking for on the internet in terms of model, mileage, color, condition and price.
Initial ...more dealings were over the phone, and then after agreeing upon a price, I traveled to pick up the car in Connecticut. The car was exactly in the condition that I was told (and from the photos they provided to me). My interactions were all with
Mason, and the sale was handled very professionally.
In June of 2014, I had an issue with the vehicle that needed to be addressed, but did not want to have to drive another 12 hours back to Connecticut to
to have it corrected. I contacted
Mason, and he asked me to get a couple of quotes locally and to send them to him. As soon as I email him the quotes, he emailed me a check (within a day) by Federal Express to have the work done in Michigan.
The professionalism, friendliness and character of the people at
Imports is exceptional. I would travel all the way back to Connecticut to buy another car from them in the future!
"First I want to say over the years I have never been able to engage in business with these folks. I relented and risked buying from them this year and I made a terrible mistake. First I bought two cars the same day. One of the cars, the
was suppose to be a four wheel drive vehicle. We didn't look to make sure when ...more we filled out the papers because they rush you out so you can't questions anything. That is bad enough, but today we went to get our first oil change. They had told us repeatedly the first oil change was free. Both the salesman and the finance manager had reinforced this. Today they refused to give the oil change. This may be a small thing, but it reflects all the way they do business. They have lied to me and been unprofessional on numerous occasions. I would strongly urge anyone considering buying a car in NWA to go to Superior in Fayetteville. I had bought my two previous cars there and the entire process was different. Needless to say I do not trust this bunch and will never go back there again.
"The salesman talked her into this 2003 Chevrolet Impala with 22" custom wheels. She stressed to the salesman that the car had to be dependable since she didn't make enough money to do a lot of repairs to the car. The salesman assured her that they had checked the car out themselves before putting it on the lot to sell and the car was safe ...more and dependable. She paid $2,000 down (her tax refund) and they set her payments at $150 every two weeks. The price of the car was $5,000. Within the first 3 days of driving the car she began having problems. Suddenly it had a terrible exhaust leak, the engine started shaking so bad that every time you started the car it caused the whole car to shake. My driveway is on a hill and the car could barely pull out of the driveway. The ignition would hang up and it took several tries to get the car to start. It was as if someone flipped a switch and the car just fell apart. She and I both made several calls to
about the car and she took the car back to them to repair on 3 occasions. The only thing they were willing to do was to send it to their neighbor mechanic and add the repairs to her note. I spoke with the salesman that sold her the car and he admitted that they had just put the 22" wheels on the car in an effort to sell it. He also admitted that the wheels were too big for the car and the right front tire rubbed the fender. We later were told the same thing by the tire service that she took the car too for a new right front tire. $200 for one tire!!! The owner of
refused to do anything about the car. They wouldn't even put her into a loaner car while her car would be in the shop. I could understand if she had been driving the car for a year but she had the car for 3 days when this all started! Needless to say, repairing the car just to keep it running became a weekly ordeal. They finally repossessed the car on Monday morning because she had to make a decision to do more repairs on the car as opposed to making a car payment. This was after the car had just quit on her and left her stranded twice in the same week. We took the vehicle to our local Chevrolet dealer to check out. The results were that the engine in the vehicle needed to be overhauled or replaced completely; there was a serious problem with gas fumes inside the car which was extremely dangerous; the value of the car was $500 and all of the mechanical problems it has are not new.
had played used car sales magic on the car so it would get through a test drive and they simply took advantage of a young female when they sold my daughter the car stating it was a safe, dependable vehicle. Bottom line, I wouldn't recommend anyone buy anything from this used car dealer. They are the epitome of a shady car lot. Their vehicles are all suspect. If you drive the car off their lot and it falls to pieces the same day you can't expect them to do the right thing because they won't. Women especially need to stay away from them because they will take advantage of you at every turn. They do not disclose mechanical problems and refuse to take responsibility. BUYERS BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! Owner:
"Initially I paid with a check for the total purchase price. However when we went to pick up the car they stated they needed a cashiers check and that was a hassle because we haven't established a bank down here. Luckily our bank has a relationship with a bank here and they stated they would do it as a favor. It was a hassle I didn't feel ...more was necessary; but we went ahead and did that anyway. In addition the van did start to overheat the second day we were driving it and they did repair what they and we thought was the problem. It turned out that the hose was missing from the coolant tank and my husband did the repair himself and that stopped the car from overheating. It is nice to be married to an engineer.
, the service manager, made sure it was done by the time I needed it. My only gripe is that I dropped off on my way to work in the morning and they were supposed to have a loaner Lincoln waiting. Well, they had to send it from the other lot and it didn't get sent over until I got there so I had ...more to wait and was late for work. I do appreciate that they had my same exact make and model to drive. "
