"Had just moved to
and needed to find a place for
/pedi. The woman who did the work seemed more interested in chatting" with other workers. She kept looking away as she clipped my cuticles, which made me very uncomfortable. Then several groups of customers arrived within a few minutes. From that point on, she acted as if the building was on fire and she had to finish rapidly. She barely finished shaping my nails, slapped on very thick layers of polish, and rushed me to the drying station. After 25-30 minutes, my nails still were not dry. I expressed some concern to another worker as I paid. The manager followed me into the parking lot and insisted I come back in, but I was not willing to spend any more time there. He followed me all the way to my car, trying to get me to come back another time for a free service. I would never go back. The shop is not very clean; I should have left as soon as I saw the place.

"I am highly allergic to anything that has a strong scent: candles, perfumes, alcohol, etc. &
for places that don't cause me to" be uncomfortable. I had visited this nail salon before in 2014 & realized there were no odors inside. When I decided to treat myself to a professional pedicure, I went back to Nature Nail & Spa after searching for them on the internet. I had lost a business card I'd been given & so I found it through a Google
remembering the approximate address in the
neighborhood in Northeast Seattle. I was a 'walk-in' customer & the owner of this shop was there when I arrived. She was very friendly, welcoming, & polite. We began the pedicure & chatted a bit. I thoroughly enjoyed her conversation as we shared stories about her young daughter & my adult children. She has an easy, enthusiastic laugh,& an air of confidence. When the pedicure was completed, I asked her if she had heard about Angie's List. She said no, so I told her I would like to review my pedicure at her shop; she agreed. I prefer to frequent local & small business ventures as I think they keep the neighborhoods healthy places to live. Nature Nail & Spa is just a few miles south of where I live. While I drove to it using an arterial route, it is accessible by local buses. My biggest praise for this shop is that there is no overwhelming smell from the nail polishes, the soaps, the bleaches, anything. She explained that she had ventilators all through the shop. I thanked her for that. Her shop is immaculate, an important factor to consider. Everything is absolutely clean, the tubs are bleached & soaped between customer usage, the tools are washed & disinfected between uses. She has purchased up to date equipment. I'd like her fairly new business to be a complete success now that I have 'found' her. When I started to leave, I turned to her to say goodbye, she gave me a hug! I had never hugged my manicurist before! I guess this was a success for both of us.

Nail Salon reviews in Wake Forest

They do a good job. It's a very clean salon. Everything lasts a long time. They are even quick if you do a walk in. Good service.

First. This company is associated with Bathroom Boyz. contact went well. Dealt with
Wake Forest Nail Salons Provider Name Locked
on the project. Showed up timely and work began. Staff was pleasant and very courteous. Always covering non work area with drop cloths. Work was done timely. The problem happen at the very end. Vanity was installed improperly leaving a gap in between the wall which was small at the top and got much larger towards the front. . It was as almost as it was not lined up correctly. This caused the marble baseboard to be gapped also. The marble top on the vanity was also scratched by the crew I would think by placing tools on top,of it. The vanity was not scratched previously out of the box because I and the crew inspected it throughly. The final crew also did not caulk. When I reported this to
Wake Forest Nail Salons Provider Name Locked
to said a member of his crew would be back. The crew never showed the day that was promised and we never received a phone call. I have called 3 times and texted with no reply. I know I am being ignored. Of course I did my part and paid this contractor in full and found the problem after the crew left. I just hate leaving bad reviews, but I hate even more being promised a fix and now being ignored.

The results were horrendous. This was done to a friend of mine who now has huge bruises on her neck and shoulders. She is in severe pain and has to go see a physician for this damage. When the provider was told, they brushed it off saying "it will go away in 2 days". Obviously they have done this before. They are DANGEROUS. They should have their license revoked. My friend is a healthy young person. What if this had been done to someone on anticoagulants or had other health problems. APPALLING!!!

When I called for an appointment I asked for someone who was better at cutting curly hair. I was told
Wake Forest Nail Salons Provider Name Locked
was the expert, so I was happy after they assured me of her skills. I arrived early for my appointment, and discovered
Wake Forest Nail Salons Provider Name Locked
was running behind schedule. So after she washed and dried my hair, she began to flat-iron it before she cut it. When she got it straight as a poker (which I do not like or style it like that), she began to cut my hair at an angle -- bottom to top. Needless to say, when you have curly hair humidity is your worst enemy -- especially with a bad cut. Which is exactly what I got. I went back to my old stylist and she told me the cut was good but it was for people with straight hair. WOW. What a disappointment. I won't go back, obviously.

Service was good. The technician was polite and efficient. The store is clean and they have a great varieties of colors and the staff is quick.

really listened to what I wanted! She was very professional about removing the messy silk wraps that had been done at a different

I happened on to this nail salon a couple of months ago, as it's in the same shopping center as Hobby Lobby. I have had manicures and pedicures and been completely happy each time. There are 3 technicians here, and I have had my nails done by two of them. The salon is very clean and well kept. They have six pedicure chairs, as well as a smaller chair if you have a little princess you wish to pamper. There are about six or seven manicure stations. They offer a basic manicure AND pedicure for $30. I always do the next price up which is $20 for a manicure and $30 for a pedicure, because I enjoy the massage and the "extras." They also do the acrylic and shellac nails and all the current trends. I don't use any of those services, so I can't comment on those personally, but I have seen several customers getting those services and they seem to be pleased with the results.
