We ordered a balloon bouquet for a friend as a memorial for her son who passed away on his birthday. When the delivery man arrived at her house, she was not there so he called me and asked what I wanted them to do and I asked him to leave them on her back porch. Unfortunately, when my friend arrived home the balloons, including the
balloons that are supposed to last for a number of days, were partially deflated.
She called
and they said they'd bring her new balloons. However, because she was upset, they called back- but my number was the contact. I explained the entire situation to them and they could not have been more wonderful. They went out of their way to make sure she got the flowers at her work and their biggest concern was that the process was as easy as possible on her. They were so patient and flexible. It was some of the best customer service I have ever encountered.
I highly recommend

We signed a contract several months prior to our August event with
. I became nervous when I needed a corsage for the bridal shower in March and it did not hold up well - and I expressed my concern at the time - to be met by multiple excuses. As the wedding day approached
was very disorganized - rewriting the order multiple times - overcharging us $100.00 which I had to calculate and go back for. I was becoming extremely nervous but the contract was signed - so I tried to confirm everything with her and she was very short - assuring me she knew exactly what we wanted. Thirty minutes before my daughter and the bridesmaids are to walk down the aisle - the flowers arrive at the Church. They are WRONG.
specifically told us not to get two-toned bouquets as they do not photograph well - well, in came the multicolored bouquets. My daughter was stressed and I tried to call the florist but there was no answer - so down the aisle everyone went with the wrong bouquets - and all the photographs were taken with the wrong bouquets. After the ceremony we continued to try to reach
- no one would answer. ON MY DAUGHTER'S WEDDING DAY my husband and I had to run up to the flower shop to make sure she would not make a disaster of the evening flowers. She was not there but her husband was. He had her call us. Her answer was to bring the correct color bouquets to the RECEPTION! What good did that do??? The formal pictures were done! She also offered to make 3 additional table arrangements free of charge - yeah, okay.
But I assured her I was not paying one more penny! Then she left me a message asking if I could come back to the flower shop! On my daughter's wedding day!! So she brought down 5 bouquets tot he Reception - threw out the ones we used in all the pictures - after all this insult she could have also left the ones we were originally had to use instead of throwing them out - seeing as this was her error. She never supplied the flower petals that were to be on the cake table as ordered. Then, two days later, she leaves me a voice message asking me to apologize to her help - as they were upset that I was upset about the WRONG FLOWERS ON MY DAUGHTER'S WEDDING DAY. Silly me. Well, after this whole debacle I looked at Better Business Bureau and various review sites and I see that mine was not an isolated incident. I wish we had known all this prior to booking with her.

Love Bettys :) I ordered a

daisy bouquet for my sister to congratulate her on a promotion at work. I called in and spoke directly to the owner. He was great and made exactly what I ask for and delivered it the same day. Perfect bouquet perfect service. I have used this florist in the past and have always been satisfied. Thank you Bettys.

Flowers were gorgeous! They did an excellent job! I know buying flowers is not inexpensive but I didn't feel like I was taken to the cleaners for what I received.

My husband ordered the flowers asking if they could be delivered in the am of the 25th of June to my office in Blue Ash. That is why he went with the store in Blue Ash. At 5:30 pm he called and asked how I liked the flowers. To his surprise, I was on my way home from work and received no flowers that day. He promptly called and asked to speak to the manager. After being transferred 3x, someone promised that they would be delivered to our house by 6:30 as my husband told them we were going to dinner and would not be home after that. We waited and again, no flowers. We left for dinner and got home around 10:00 pm and the flowers were on our counter. My daughter said they were delivered around 7:00 by someone we knew in our community that works there. The flowers were beautiful but the whole purpose of ordering from the Blue Ash location was so that a prompt delivery could be made to my Blue Ash office. We were very disappointed. My husband asked for a discount and they said they best they could do was give him a discount for FUTURE orders... We don't think that will be happening in the near future.

The person who answered the phone could not answer

questions without putting me on hold to check with someone else. While the arrangement was pretty ans stayed within my requirements of only red or white flowers and not filled with carnations, I saw the arrangement the day after delivery (on the day of the funeral) and the white roses were already wilting. The flowers were on display in an air conditioned room at the funeral home. I expected them to look fresher. Since my mom has worked for a florist for many years, I can recognize old flowers when I see them. It was a disappointment.

They said there would be no delivery charge, but there was a $13.95 charge for service and handling. They called back within two hours and said that they had to hire someone to come in and do the arrangement and couldn't do that until the next day. Since they said it would be delivered in the morning, I said fine. They called at 10 the next morning and said that they didn't have the product (plants!) and couldn't do the delivery until Monday (3 days later!). I cancelled my order. Their customer service reps were terrible. There was a lot of noise in the background and they kept asking me to repeat everything!

The flower arrangement was delivered as promised on Saturday and looked good. However, by Tuesday the flowers were already wilting and the roses didn't bloom at all. The florist was called concerning disappointment with the flowers and the owner was totally unapologetic, stating that the complaint should have been made within 24 hours. I would definitely not recommend this florist to anyone.

We have a house with wood exterior, and some boards were in need of replacement, window trim needed repair, and the entire house could use a fresh coat of paint. We got estimates from several people and hired
Wake Forest Florists Provider Name Locked
Services (including giving him half the money upfront, nearly $3000) because we liked his approach, and that he could start within a few weeks (May 28) and be done within a week, weather-permitting. He had done some various jobs around our neighborhood. We went around the house beforehand and identified all the damaged wood and agreed that all of these boards would be repaired, and it was written up in the contract that all damaged wood would be repaired. He assured us verbally and in writing that the cost would not exceed his estimate. The project started late, and although
Wake Forest Florists Provider Name Locked
told us before signing the contract that he would be doing the work himself, he was not there and every few days one or two of crew members came without him for 3-4 hours and things moved VERY slowly.
Wake Forest Florists Provider Name Locked
kept promising day after day that he'd show up but then he wouldn't. Twice he told us there was a car accident, but his assistant told us no,
Wake Forest Florists Provider Name Locked
was actually at another job in
Wake Forest Florists Provider Name Locked
that was dissatisfied with his work and wouldn't pay him until he got more done. We had to spend a lot of our time calling and emailing him when we kept coming home to find nothing done again. He did not communicate to his assistant the plans he and we came up with on repairing the windows, and his assistant caused a lot of damage to one window, which

said he would fix "at the end of the project." His assistants seemed confused and didn't know what

's plans were. Seven weeks in, on

18, he announced he still hadn't been paid for his job in
Wake Forest Florists Provider Name Locked
and he was not going to finish our project. We were shocked and tried to convince him to finish and he said no. So not only is the project less than halfway finished but
Wake Forest Florists Provider Name Locked
has walked off the job and is refusing to give us our $3,000 deposit back. He said we would need to take him to court if we wanted our money back. He said couldn’t afford to finish the job, implying that he needed more money without ever explicitly asking; in fact he said he would "do the right thing and not ask for more money." We asked, how is walking away and keeping our deposit doing the right thing? We emailed a compromise (offered paying more money after full completion of the project or letting him keep $1000 and walking away) and he never responded. He had told us from day one that he always gets approval from customers before doing work that wasn't in the contract, and not only did he not do this, but because he didn't explain the job to his assistants they probably used the wood in the wrong place. Because two walls had a lot of boards replaced while
Wake Forest Florists Provider Name Locked
was not onsite, far more boards than he and we had agreed to replace and didn't need replacing, our suspicion is that
Wake Forest Florists Provider Name Locked
’s lack of communication with his team members
Wake Forest Florists Provider Name Locked
to their replacing boards that didn’t need replacing and he no longer has the wood needed to replace the areas we did agree to replace. There are several areas we identified during our pre-contract walkthrough that have not been replaced.Right now, in addition to needing the wood replaced, the shed doors replaced, cosmetic work on a front overhang, the power-washing and the painting done, he left us with the large kitchen window frame and drywall severely damaged, lots of hardened putty on a bedroom window and the lower roof, a ripped screen, and damaged trim, which we expected he would repair at the end of the job. He actually called and apologized for all of his no-shows several days before he walked off, and told us we had been so patient and understanding. Despite our flexibility and patience with the delays and mistakes in the project and our willingness to negotiate, he has refused to either complete the project or give us our money back.
