Very impressed with everyone with whom we dealt. Professional from start to finish.
took the time to discuss different options in style of fence and how to
certain areas that posed possible issues. The gentlemen who came to do the installation made sure that all possible issues were addressed and did a quality job on the installation.

Rep came out and measured for estimate, returned a week later or so for measurements and marking outline with flags. Nice, easy-going fellow. Said it would be 3 weeks before crew could install fence, but they arrived a week early with no warning, no phone call, and began the work. One day to install posts (all wooden ones and metal ones too). A couple of days later they returned and installed the rest of the fence and it looked pretty good. It began to rain and they continued working until finished.
The next day the gate area was a mud pit. They had trampled the grass to death going in and out of the gate and made it impossible to use the gate without sinking in several inches of mud. We hadn't yet finished moving in, so now we had to use the front door making the move more difficult than it should have been. The wooden gate hardware was in pretty bad shape - looked like someone had mangled the aluminum and they had to break it off, leaving sharp unsightly edges and a bent rod that was supposed to be straight. The nuts and bolts were old, incorrect size and rusted. Then I noticed that one side of the chain link look like a wave, up and down. The large car-gate in the chain link is not hung very well - the latch barely reaches across the gap between the two halves, and the posts are all different heights.
No one came to check on the work once done, so I called to complain about the above and the Rep came back to take a look and agreed that the problems were legit and promised they'd address them. The did fix the wooden gate hardware. They also sent a man to rake the mud although he mostly simply dug out what little grass remained and raked the mud along the fence line so the problem is now even larger than it was. The raking also simply tore out what little grass remained. He said he cut down one of the fence posts on the car gate, but it looked the same to me after he left. And the wave in the long side of the fence? I was told my yard "waves" and there was nothing they could do - if they moved the "hump" down, then the chain link would stick up higher above it.
They said they'd send someone with sod and fill in the mud hole at the small chain link gate, but when I called days later I was told there was no one selling sod right now so there was nothing they could do. Did they ever try to contact me to let me know what was going on? NO. Did they send rep out to ensure fence was installed to my satisfaction? NO. Once they had the money; they were gone.
I cannot believe that a reputable fence company would treat a customer's lawn like that. A tarp laid down would have prevented the problem. Or not doing the work in the rain. I've seen fence workers
tarp for the dirt as they dug the post holes, but these guys just spread it around the posts in a line leaving large clogs to grind up in my my mower. No consideration for the property, only interested in getting in and out in the least time possible.
The Rep bragged about the quality of their "product," so I was expecting pretty good quality. But the chain link is small and cheap. The Rep saw my stair rails and said they were poor quality and they could put in new ones of much better quality, but from seeing the so-called high-quality chain-link they put in I question their opinion on what constitutes high quality. The chain link posts are the same or less "quality" as my stair rails. Sure am I glad I said no to him on that one!
Avoid them if you value your lawn. And if you do hire them, don't be fooled by their claims of high quality materials. It's just average or less.
To their credit, the wood fence looks great. I just wished the chain link looked as good and that they didn't trash my lawn.

The installers were efficient and professional. Entire job done in three days. Company found an overcharge and adjusted final invoice. I would have never known so I was extremely impressed with their integrity. I strongly recommend their services.

Fantastic service. Received a call back regarding my quote request the next day and they were able to come out at my earliest convenience, which was within the next week, to give an estimate. The gentleman who did the quote was incredibly friendly. I priced out the materials and it would have cost me almost as much to do the job myself. They were able to start the job approximately three weeks after the quote was made. Two men installed the fence within two and a half days. They were pleasant, polite and professional and cleaned up after they had finished for each day. Three months later, the fence is still standing and gorgeous and my dog is pleased to be able to run around free! Would absolutely recommend these guys, they're phenomenal.

came for the estimate. He came on time to the meeting and was very pleasant. However, getting him to follow up with us was excruciating. We finally got an estimate well below the others we'd received, but when we said we wanted to go with them they took back the quote saying his boss wouldn't agree to it. Instead of a stone wall, we'd need to use timber or cinder blocks for a much higher price. When we asked for an exact number we still never got that. When we determined the retaining wall was too much for Long to handle, we thought we'd just do the fence through them. But we still haven't received the quote for that and its been several weeks of excuses (email wasn't working, out of the office, haven't had a

The crew arrived on time for the project. They were pleasant despite the heat that day. The manufacturer shipped only one of the three rails that were ordered. The crew came back when the rails were shipped and finished the job.

answered all the questions we had and came back a second time. We were considering a trellis cover but decided against.
I would highly recommend vinyl gates as they are much lighter than wood. The wood grain is very attractive.
The job was completed to our complete satisfaction.

Requested a guy who cared about the details and would work with me. Would have to detach neighbors gate and replace underlying 2x4. The ground moved up and down in that small space and a rotted post had to be replaced and stabilized in cement.

was willing to work as long as necessary to meet my standards for a quality job. He was very skilled at measuring and was willing to redo a small section of pickets. The neighbors gate was perfectly rehung.
Was a very good experience and would use BC services again and would highly recommend them to anyone that wants a quality job and to be treated fairly.

and Nick were the installers and arrived right when they said they would. They got right to work after walking me through the process and going through everything with me. The second day they worked from 9am until 8pm with only a 30 minute break. They were absolutely fantastic to work with and explained everything to me. They were also very friendly toward our dogs which I appreciated! They left touch up paint as well and cleaned everything up when they left. I highly recommend them and would use them again in the future. The company also installed quicker than the estimated time and provided a temporary fence for my dogs while the fence was ordered. It took them a while to call us back, but thousands of people had the same situation after that storm. Got a pretty reasonable quote right away, the work is good and they did what they promised.

was great! I contacted

came to the house yesterday and he and his assistant completed 69 feet of fence in 6 hours!! I also found a broken post on a different section of fence and they took care of that for me. If I could give them more than "A" I would. My best experience with a contractor to date.
