Business Description: All Star Maid and Janitorial Service was established in 1995 with customer satisfaction as the cornerstone of our cleaning business. We believe that a client’s satisfaction is integral to our success and our cleaning service is designed to meet and exceed the standards of cleanliness your home or business requires, at a price that makes sense! We are proud members of the BBB.
We understand our most important asset is our people. All employees are well trained and properly supervised and new employees undergo a thorough pre-employment screening, including criminal background checks prior to being hired. We are licensed, bonded and insured and stay on top of the newest industry cleaning standards with memberships in both The Janitorial Store and IICRC. These memberships give us a competitive edge, so we can bring you the quality cleaning service you expect and deserve.
We are a fully automated cleaning company. We use a computerized timekeeping system that allows us to track each employee’s time and location to provide proper coverage for each home or business. We audit sales and costs to measure productivity and efficiency. Our accounting system is also fully automated, ensuring accurate and timely billing.
