"Went so well. The salesman came out during the job and helped me by bringing two tables from the garage so I could empty my closets. I would say you would be smart to use their service. They are very caring about the workmen they choose to hire.

"The guys did a good job, very clean and efficient. I only hired them to do the actual carpet stretching. I (with family help) moved out all the furniture before they came, and put it back after they left. They would have moved it, but the price was too high for me.

"The team was very quick and professional--they completed two rooms in about two hours. There is a seam in one room but it doesn't show at all (I'm actually not sure which side it is on). They left everything clean and asked me if I wanted the leftover pieces before removing them.
The showroom has a very big selection--our only complaint ...more is that you have to work with a specific salesperson, and the person we started working with wasn't there the second time we went in, so we had to do some stuff by phone/email. It all worked out and everything was pretty easy--they were able to take payment over the phone and scheduled the installation at our convenience. "

"Tiles were installed crookedly, and as we walked on them, you could see them flatten down where they were not adhered to the floor. Cut-outs around doors were jagged, leaving unsightly crevices. Charged us $75 extra the day of install to put something over the subfloor under tile that was supposed to smooth it out. Tile heights vary, and when we ...more questioned that with the manager, he said that you can't get an even application over the subfloor like we had....so what was the extra $75 for??? Carpet was installed next day. Less than 24 hours later, I noticed hard lumps underneath the carpet and a couple of snags. I reported this, and they said they would send someone out. Two days later, while vacuuming, a snag caught in the vacuum cleaner and ripped a hole in the carpet. They sent a repair person out who hit some of the hard spots with a hammer (said it was lumps in the pad). He glued several snags but could not fix the rip. They keep telling me that the carpet is "good carpet" and expressing mystification that I am having these problems. They said they have to notify the manufacturer. We are on pins and needles. I am afraid to vacuum or let the dogs on the carpet. The salesperson was fully aware that this carpet was put in a high-traffic area, and if it tore up after a couple of days, what is it going to look like in a couple of months? They sold me junk. "

He arrived promptly - actually a bit early which is fine with us. He looked at the work to be done, explained what ...more he would do and confirmed the estimate. He finished quickly, everything looks great, and charged us less than the estimate. "
"Installers arrived and I clearly explained how I wanted the furniture moved and that I had arranged to have the floor boards screwed down before the new carpet was installed. The installation lead person said we don't do that. This

If they were not going to do this they should have told me when I asked or at least before they arrived so I could have done it myself. A final call with the sales person got them to agree to do what they said they would do. Funny, they didn't seem to care about liability then...
When they started breaking down the furniture so it could be moved I reiterated again how I wanted it done. The lead installer said they usually put it in the bathroom and I said no, put it in the other room. I went down stairs for 5 minutes and when I went back upstairs they had crammed every piece of furniture into my newly renovated bathroom. I mean it was wedged in there so tight you couldn't get in. I tried to get them to move it out but by this time the installers were playing that "I don't speak English too well" game and I decided to let it go. They complete the installation in the appropriate amount of time but when they were leaving I noticed
on my new molding and door frames where the stretcher tool had left
. I asked them what they were going to do about it and they said there was nothing they could do. The tool sometimes leaves
. I was so mad at this point I just let it go.
A word to the wise. They sales guys were great, but I would never use these installers again. From the owner down to the newest man on the team they had a "I've been paid and I don't care anymore" attitude. Beware! "
and his Team were right on time and they went above and beyond to make sure the project turned out perfect, which it did. They helped to move the furniture and put it back when complete. The new carpet looks great, thanks again
did a fantastic job re-stretching our carpet in our basement and re-tucking our carpet in our entry way. He has 30 years experience and is very knowledgeable. He was very prompt in returning our phone call and showed up when he said he would. We would absolutely recommend
"I do not think the carpet got much cleaner at all. There were chocolate spots left that I was cleaning myself after they left. Especially the steps, which cost $3 each looked just a s dirty as before the cleaning
They did not even vacuum before the cleaning as promised by the office
there were some areas that were left soaked wet, although ...more they promised dry carpet by the end of the day
it took several days to dry. these areas looked like patches on the carpet when they dried . I think they spilled their material there. I used paper towels to absorb some water.
The carpet felt stiff and not soft like before after they left and there was soapy residue, which I tried to clean with wet towels during the following week, and it got somewhat better.
Overal it was a waist and I hope that they did not ruin my carpet, forget the clean
