"I have had a great experience with them. They are very structured in the way they will accept pets into the program. Before you even board your pet you have to go through a one day" evaluation there and it costs money to do that. They have a lot of rules that I would characterize as almost over the top. For example you can't board your pet on a holiday unless the pet has already boarded there three times. They are very nitpicky so I don't think they are for everyone. They are designed to train animals, that is first and foremost what they do. But they also have a kennel and a free, open kennel where the dog can interact with other dogs. They have very strict rules and utilization policies that make it really, really hard for people that just need them casually. If you just need someplace to board your animal for a weekend, you would not use
because you have to have an ongoing relationship. There is a five or six page questionnaire literally on my two dogs that I had to complete for them. It is almost a psycho-social evaluation of the dog. Their groomer is a very nice person, but she did not do a very good job at all on my Sheltie. But this is not their specialty. They do it as a courtesy for people who are boarding their animals. The facility is lovely and is really nice. They have a lot of attention to detail and are very personable and professional with your pet. I probably will not use them again. Their hours of operation are great and their knowledge of animals is excellent. It was expensive for two dogs to stay there. It is about $40 per night plus a bath. The dog actually being there and being taken care of they are excellent. I think they are expensive.

"It was my first time taking my dog to this Pet Smart for training. The service went okay. I like that the class was small. I think we only got a moderate response from the training." I had no problem getting the dog in for the training.

"
and
is an outstanding service for those who prefer to keep their dogs boarded in a home environment rather than an institution-like kennel."
has extensive experience training, boarding and handling all type of doge and he has the certification to prove it. Our dog,
is 5 yr old
with a lot of energy and she has the run of our outdoor property when she is home everyday. putting her in a kennel is like a prison sentence. We arrived at
home and he was there to
us and take
. After a few minutes of familiarization it was clear
was a "dog person" and
took to him immediately. We went over her feeding schedule and walks and
asked all the right questions. There were 3 other dogs being boarded that day and they had the run of
fenced in property so they were free to exercise under his supervision. The dogs also had run of the first floor of his home with many oversized couches and feeding stations available when they wanted to be inside in a family environment . My dog is a people person and she loves to sit near you and just
her head rubbed. During our vacation I was able to communicate with
via email and text to see how
was getting along which was is always nice. i picked
up after 10 days and she was clean , healthy and looked great. I would use
and
again in a second for boarding and have discussed his training programs. If you want your dog to be cared for in a comfortable , safe and family type environment
is the spot!

We have been using
Rougemont Pet Sitters Provider Name Locked
for the last 10 months after a recommendation from a good friend. We take our 16 month Golden Retriever to
Rougemont Pet Sitters Provider Name Locked
at least once a week for "Dpggie Daycare" to play and socialize with other pups. (We started this when the winter weather was so horrible last winter 2014) We also have boarded our dog here at several times over the last 10 months for various lengths of stays. We have been thrilled with the level of care provided. Our dog loves going to play--there is no boarding "stress" here either when we have needed to board him overnight. In the past when I boarded my Goldens at other places (i.e, Kennels or vets) they would be so stressed when we got them home--and they needed to be groomed immediately. At
Rougemont Pet Sitters Provider Name Locked
, our dog comes home in great condition. He has had ample daily play time over the weekend when we are gone--he has not been crated for lengthly periods of time alone. There are no crates! They have boarding "rooms" for each "guest". I highly recommend anyone who wants a great, positive, safe environment for your pet to try

.
The staff is terrific.
Rougemont Pet Sitters Provider Name Locked
and her staff take great care of each guest. Every person at
Rougemont Pet Sitters Provider Name Locked
cares for our dog like it was their own pet! From
Rougemont Pet Sitters Provider Name Locked
's welcoming smile in the morning when I drop-off for daycare--to

or

in the afternoon when I pick up my dog after a full day of play. They are very attentive to all the animals in their care. PLUS they post great photos all day long on Facebook. I get to see how happy my dog is and how well he is doing. It is a nice touch.
They also have very convenient hours for weekend pick-up from boarding! When we return home late on Sunday--we can still pick up our dog till 8PM. That's a real plus!
I would recommend taking your pet out for a "meet and
Rougemont Pet Sitters Provider Name Locked
"--you will not be disappointed.

Their service has been fantastic. We love them. The main like I had is that it works. They really got to know our dog and met her where she was. In the end we got back a very well-trained dog. We liked the people a lot; they were great. The only dislike was the fact that it was kind of like a boot camp so we had to go out back every day, but it was worth it. But that was not them, that was the nature of going to a boot camp.

The first thing I'd like to say about Robina is during our initial phone call to inquire about her services she talked with my wife for about a half hour supplying some initial tips and advice. This was before anything was scheduled or she received any payment for services. That said a lot to us.
She explained to us how she usually does the in home sessions. An initial visit to teach/train and evaluate whether she felt the dog would need additional sessions. We ended up currenlty only need a ~90 minute visit. It was good to know that she gave us an honest take on how much training she felt Dash needed. That was great because some trainers want you to sign up for a minimum amount of sessions before they have even seen your dog.
Robina was very professional, gave us loads of information (verbal and written), answered all our questions we had and told us not to hesitate to reach out if we had more. We were very pleased with her services and would recommend her to all our friends.

My session with
Rougemont Pet Sitters Provider Name Locked
was simply amazing. I have a seven month maltese who is very cute, but very spoiled and defiant, and I needed help with the fundamentals. Since talking to
Rougemont Pet Sitters Provider Name Locked
on the phone, it became clear just how passionate and experienced she is. She knew exactly what my puppy needed, and was quick to ascertain the challenges I was facing as well as their solutions. When she told me she could come to my home, give my puppy the individualized training I felt she needed, and would be successful in just one session, I was thrilled. It was exactly what I needed, and without the inconvenience of weeks of classes, yet so much more effective.
Rougemont Pet Sitters Provider Name Locked
did more than live up to her promise- within the first thirty minutes my puppy was completely transformed. She truly has a gift with animals, and is great instructor. I feel so much more confident now when it comes to training, and her guidance left me feeling much more knowledgable and competent. I cannot praise
Rougemont Pet Sitters Provider Name Locked
enough, she is simply the best of the best!

The advice
Rougemont Pet Sitters Provider Name Locked
gave me over the phone is very practical and useful.
Rougemont Pet Sitters Provider Name Locked
has a very helpful, kind approach and doesn't criticize mistakes harshly. I have been making some mistakes in my training. She is extremely helpful and wants dogs and their owners to have a successful relationship. So far, my dog is responding well. I am looking forward to meeting with

I decided to hire
Rougemont Pet Sitters Provider Name Locked
about a month ago out of desperation. I have a 4 year old lab named
Rougemont Pet Sitters Provider Name Locked
that I adopted a year ago. I have never been able to walk her on a leash. She would constantly pull me and go out of her mind every time a dog approached. It was so bad that other dog owners would go out of their way to avoid us. I tried a pinch collar, gentle leader, harnesses, you name it. Nothing worked. I honestly thought my dog would be the one that was untrainable. Boy, was I wrong!
Rougemont Pet Sitters Provider Name Locked
and I had 12 sessions with
Rougemont Pet Sitters Provider Name Locked
. We started walking
Rougemont Pet Sitters Provider Name Locked
on the leash in my backyard and worked our way out into the road, and finally to various
Rougemont Pet Sitters Provider Name Locked
in the area. Today was our last session. We walked confidently on the Radnor Trail, meeting many dogs along the way. I was able to keep
Rougemont Pet Sitters Provider Name Locked
on a loose leash….truly remarkable! It was an absolute joy working with
Rougemont Pet Sitters Provider Name Locked
.
Rougemont Pet Sitters Provider Name Locked
loved him. He is extremely intuitive and a real natural when it comes to dogs. He has many years experience working with all types of dogs and it shows. I highly recommend him.
