Business Description: Singletary's Creations preovides an array of construction services within the residential projects of homes. I am dependable from the beginning to the end of every project that I am hired to do. I am a one man show unless I need to hire workers to help complete the job. I accept checks or cash right now and I do not offer any special promotions or financing options. I am licensed and insured and I give a very competetive price for the area and being licensed. I have more than 25 years experience in commerical and residential contracting and decided to branch out on my own. At the signing of contracts, one half of the project estimate is due and if there is a need to discuss any further payment plans, it can be done and agreed upon at that time.
