Business Description: We are a customer-oriented business. Everything we do has our customers in mind. We pay close attention to detail and will work with you to find solutions that suit your needs. We don't push towards things you don't need. We earn business by being fair, honest, and trustworthy. With that in mind, the following are a few honesty points you may not hear often in construction: 1. I won't hide information from you in hopes of winning the job. 2. I won't tell you we can start in a certain amount of time if I know we can't. 3. I won't paint a pretty picture for you if the actual work will not be that way. 4. I like to share news, good or bad, prior to being awarded the work. I do this in hopes of eliminating surprises and maintaining good relationships with the folks I work with. 5. As much as I hate it, it's possible that when we open something up, we may find a sub-surface issue that we were not previously aware of. That's scary for a potential customer to hear, but it's true, even though we attempt to prevent it and provide potential scenarios for what we may find. 6. I dislike surprises as much, or more so, than customers and I try to eliminate them as much as possible. 7. Our prices are competitive and fair, but we are rarely the absolute cheapest. I personally feel like you deserve all of that information and that the hard conversations can be the most important in keeping folks happy - whether you choose to go with us or not. Don't get me wrong, I would much prefer to earn your business, but not at the expense of forfeiting integrity or upsetting you later. We strive for folks to be happy with the outcome of the work because we know that your home is an important investment. Our customers have been very appreciative and that drives us to work even harder. Feel free to read all of our reports to get a feel for who we are. Briefly: I grew up in construction. My father was in construction and another guy who taught me a lot about construction is in the hall of fame. You can find out more about my background on the website or just ask when you call me to visit.
