Give customer's what they truly deserve, a one on one relationship from start to finish on all services offered. From start to finish my goal no matter how I control my companies growth is always going to be this. When you call for an estimate you meet me Brad Thayer on rare occasions dressed nice (1 Extreme), or dressed like I have been working all day, and completed a few projects in my life with Paint, or Caulking on my clothing ( 2 Another). I will be your first point of contact, sales person, estimator, materials coordinator, installer, problem solver, and the person you pay when job is 100% complete. For years I have worked under plenty of great businesses adapting to each companies standards like each good employee should. However even though each company was very successful I always noticed the same small simple problem was haunting them all. #1 Sales people are snakes with the ability to sell you something they don't know inside and out like the people who actually do the work hands on... this is what they are trained to do, and get paid to do. #2 a sales person main goal is to sell you a job that you can afford, or they can make affordable to you even if cutting there own commissions is necessary. Cutting the cost of a project is simple and, will always be deeply impacted buy not providing the best possible solution to each project, or cutting the payout to whichever company they choose to sub the work out to. #3 After the point of sale on the job the closest contact you may have with the actual company you signed a contract with will most likely be a phone conversation, or a quick face to face to discuss any concerns about the work being done. I Brad Thayer owner of 1 Extreme 2 Another Construction will honor you with a face to face one on one experience from start to finish. In hopes to build a relationship with all my customer's to trust in me for years to come on all projects that may pop up over the years. Not just meet you one time, and part ways. This is what I was born to do, this is what I stand for, and this is all I know how to do. All day every day I'm proud to be one of the few who can wake up everyday, and say I love what I do, know that I do it well, and cant wait to make your dreams come true, or solve your homes unexpected small problems. 1 Extreme 2 Another Construction has only been around since July 2009, and with all of your support threw a bad economy, and an even worse cut throat industry I've prevailed, and don't plan on going anywhere. At a young 30 years old and 18 years of experience I'm proud to say I am one of the few true American Carpenters!
