Arrived within the promised two hour window and were very professional. The servicemen quickly went about their work and even went as far to double check with me to ensure my cat was locked away. Everything went smoothly and my doors are now flawless. Aside from the fingerprints and smudges left behind, my only real gripe is that the prices seemingly come out of thin air. An itemized receipt would go a long way to describing the quoted costs. The next time I need a
fixed I would call this company again.

The installation initially went well but when issues arose down the road the company does not return phone calls or reply to emails.

Door Installation reviews in Norlina

Ordered the right door on line and paid 99.00 to have it shipped to my house because it advertised as "An easy 1 2 3 installation". Once we got it out of the box, we realized it was not as advertised, not an easy 1 2 3 installation. Tried to call my store many times, which is the Germantown store and they would not answer the phone. So, I ended up calling the
Norlina Door Installers Provider Name Locked
store. They made arrangements for someone to come out and measurew because they said they could not install the door without measuring first. They waved the measuring cost. When the guy came out to measure he started telling me that I would have to have the alarm company come out and remove the alarms system. Turns out they had told him it was an exterior door, not a storm door. Once we got it straight on what was being installed, he looked at the door and told me it was the wrong size and I would have to reorder the door. Called the store, and the lady on the phone kept trying to put the correct size door in the cart, and it kept putting the wrong size door in there which is exactly what happened to me. She processed the return of the wrong door for me, gave me an RMA number and the number of who to call to pick it up. I called and made arrangements for the return and they returned it to the store. The store lost it. They did find it eventually and process my refund but in the meatime, they changed installation companies and someone else had to come out and measure AGAIN!!! They still would not refund the original $99 they charged me for shipping. It took another month for someone to come out and install the correct door. Mean time still hadn't got my refund for the incorrect door. I called the store and they looked all over and finally found it in the trash!!! They did process my refund then. All in all not a good experience and will never use their services again.

Our initial contact toward the end of April 2014 was extremely impressive.
Norlina Door Installers Provider Name Locked
Company, L.L.C. of Mason City, IA returned our call promptly and arrived to provide a bid and contract in a very professional manner. The price was a bit high, however we were going with better quality materials and were verbally promised the work would be done by June 1st so we decided to sign. He wanted 1/2 of the price down for materials to get started so we paid that up front. We would NEVER do that again with any company, unless ALL materials were delivered to our job sight immediately after payment. Looking back, we should have had a completion date on the contract and what would happen if the deadline was not met. We also should have done our due diligence before signing the contract to check them out on the public local courts online.
To make a VERY LONG story short, the projects were FINALLY completed on
Norlina Door Installers Provider Name Locked
21, 2014. (we sign on April 22nd and were verbally promised completed on June 1st) Admittedly, we had quite a bit of rain off and on during the month of May, however we also had some beautiful WEEKS of sunshine - where virtually no work was completed. This was after numerous phone calls and text messages in which many were not answered or responded to. Some phone calls WERE answered right away, however that was when we dialed them using friend's phones with different phone numbers that the construction company were unfamiliar with. This was after many spots of the existing chain link and wire fence were opened up along our back yard perimeter causing us to continually guard our little dogs when they went outside to do their business. This was after weeks of looking at unfinished work after an extremely nice day weather-wise. This was after June 1st, which was the verbally promised completion date. This was EVEN after the owner of the construction company came to plead for more money (he wanted 1/2 more of the remaining balance) on
Norlina Door Installers Provider Name Locked
3rd so he could pay his workers and we kindly complied with his wishes (not 1/2 of the money, but close) - which we would NEVER do again. This was after beginning the process of legal proceedings so that we could at least receive the MATERIALS we had already paid for. We thought that by at least having the materials on hand we might be able to finish the job ourselves if they never came back.
Needless to say, we are THRILLED these projects are completed! All in all, if
Norlina Door Installers Provider Name Locked
would have dealt with us during this process the same way they did in the beginning, would have kept us informed of their time lines - would have returned our calls or texts - would have came to do the work in a reasonable and timely manner - we would have been satisfied. The work that they did was good and the projects came out nice. However, for the most part we are thrilled that these projects are completed so that this construction company has no other reason to be on our property and we don't have to deal with them anymore.

7, 2014, we visited the
Norlina Door Installers Provider Name Locked
location in
Norlina Door Installers Provider Name Locked
Park, KS, to purchase two storm doors, one for the front door of our house and one for the back. The

millwork specialist recommended

storm doors. After reviewing the sales materials for two days, we returned to order them and were told that someone would come to measure the doors shortly, and then we could return to purchase the doors. On

21, from another millwork specialist, informed us that the frame had still not been measured, but would be the following day. After a three-day period of silence, we returned to the store on

25 and another millwork specialist said that they still had not heard from the measurer. We asked if they would call him, but were told that they always wait for him to call. Clearly nothing was taking place and there was no reasonable hope that it would. So we decided to cancel the order, to which the specialist cheerfully replied "O.K. Have a great day".
Our strong impression is that there is little or no communication between employees at this
Norlina Door Installers Provider Name Locked
location. We dealt with four millwork specialists over the course of three weeks, and none knew what the other had said or what the individual who measures frames had done or would do. An even greater failure of

employees to communicate with us during this ordeal indicates a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction.
Finally, a complaint to the "Contact Us" icon on the

It always goes great with

. He is not out to take you to the cleaners. Have used him 2 other times - very pleased with any of the work he has done! I gave him $40 instead of the $20 he asked for. don't wait too long, he is thinking of getting out of the business.

The window they installed was broken. They knew it was broken and said that we would need to contact the manufacturer. It was 6 months of work. Over a period of 3 months they closed everything up, and when they came back I had to oversee them. They installed the doors the wrong way at first, and when I complained they said that I was wrong and I didn't make any sense. We had a long battle about this. I eventually just paid them and moved on.

My sliding glass door was extremely difficult to slide. My wife and I had to use both arms and our entire body to get it open.
