NO JOB TOO SMALL OR LARGE, WORKING IN THE SURROUNDING CHARLOTTE AREA Casey Queen Painting, Inc has been in business since 1982, making us one of the most experienced painters serving the Charlotte area. We specialize in a variety of different painting services for all types of houses, condos, apartments, and more. We are a trusted company with many return customers that hire us year after year to do interior painting, exterior painting, pressure washing and more. Casey Queen started painting in 1982 because he really enjoyed working with his hands, and was looking at a vocation that would serve others and could be passed on to others. He soon found that painting came in many different forms. One day he would be scraping, sanding, repairing, puttying, and stripping, and the next day he might be brushing, rolling, washing and spraying. He really enjoyed the variety of work: one day having a 7-inch grinder in his hand, and the next having a 4-inch brush. In the 80's he worked in south Charlotte, Myers Park, and Dilworth on older homes often using oil based paints. In 1989, he and his wife, Kim, moved to Kannapolis, NC, but he continued to commute to Charlotte. It was at this time that he started picking up a lot of work in the rapidly growing North Charlotte, University area. He increasingly started working on newer houses with more modern acrylic latex paints. He recalls one homeowner hired him in 1994 to paint a home that was being built in the Piper Glen area (South Charlotte). Casey painted that entire home, single handedly, over the course of four months. After finishing that job, the home builder, seeing the quality and care Casey put into every brush stroke, hired him to work on his personal residence as a subcontractor. There are many more stories like these where Casey's quality, care and honesty has been noticed and brought in more work. In fact, that is how he has been in business since 1982! Today, Casey mostly works on smaller projects for homeowners that only take about a week or two at most. While he is not opposed to larger projects, he likes the ability to work one on one with homeowners to get their desired finished product. There are very few Charlotte painters that have the experience that Casey Queen does, and none that have his level of integrity and honesty. Like he says, "There is no project too small or too big that doesn't deserve everything that I have. God purposed me for painting, and I will never give Him less than my best."
