"we've had dogs for 25 years. Always chows. He's been our vet for 10 plus years and he's just wonderful. He cares, first and foremost. He does a good" job. He is good at what he does. He'll take you through, just as you would with a human, he'll take you through what your alternatives are with whatever you are working with. He doesn't assume this will be the treatment, he will take you through a treatment plan and then give you 2 or 3 more and then give you the
to pick the one that makes sense. He is really, really good. What he will do, let's take medication for example, if he prescribes a medication for your dog or cat, he'll tell you what it's going to be and then you can go out and
the web and he'll match the web price. That's helpful. And if you don't know it, you will pay a little more but if you do know that he will match the price. In terms of service for the general checkup he is in line with the current priceline. The one thing that is important for us is if you call up and have an issue that just popped up, he'll make time in his day to make sure that that animal is seen that day. we've run into issues with other veterinarians with other vets in the area that they will try and make time the next day or the day after. He will make time that day. The other thing that he doesn't do that we've seen done, is that he doesn't inflate prices. He will take care of the urgent need, talk about other peripheral issues there might be but very conservative in his overall methodology and not trying to make you pay more than you should but definitely very caring making sure the animal comes out of there in great shape. We wouldn't use anybody else.

"Their prices are very reasonable for the services they provide. They put the needs of the pet in front of the money; they don't do additional, unnecessary things" just to charge the owners more money. They're top notch!

?

Hi

The first answer is pretty thorough but I would like to add a few points.

First.. the type of food you are feeding your dog may be the key.  If you are using a food that is grain, rice or corn based in the first three ingredients, please change to a food that is meat or chicken based.  Many dogs are allergic to grain, rice, wheat and corn and these things are used as primary ingredients in many well known, name brand dog foods.  Secondly, all treats that have these ingredients should be cut out.  It takes weeks to months before a food change can show results so you must be patient.  Jumping from one food to another will be counter-productive.

Some dogs are so allergic to flea or other insect bites that one or two bites can cause a severe reaction.  Once the itching/scratching cycle begins, it is hard to stop it.  Benadryl is good but I suggest liquid form.  You can get it inexpensively at one of the dollar stores.  The pills take time to break down in the digestive system so you get better and faster results with the liquid. One tsp= 5cc and most dogs of average size can tolerate that much and more if the dog is a larger breed.

Allergy testing is very expensive and most dogs will test positive to some things.  That does not mean that the itching is coming from those things as many things in the environment can trigger positive test results.  Breaking the cycle of itching is primary and that can be done with prednisone ( short term and last resort after benadryl and bathing), allergy shots( same deal, last resort after easier methods).   This spring and summer have been particularly hard, weather-wise.

Good luck!

After you search for the company, you should get the "no results" page. Scroll down just a little bit, and you'll see a button and a link that say "Add this provider." Click on that to add them to the List! Thanks for the great question.
?
I'm really sorry! It looks like we made some site changes I hadn't noticed before and it made things just a little more confusing (for me, too!). We'll have to look into this to make it easier.
In the meantime, here's what you do:
1) Look for the Submit a Report button. It's yellow and on the right-hand side of the page.
2) Search for the animal cancer care clinic you're looking for. The search box should be inside a yellow bar.
3) You should see a list of potential matches, but on top of those, there should be "add a provider to the List" text in blue, which is where you'll click to get to the add page.

Let me know if you have any trouble. Sorry, again, for this being so confusing.

They're very good with my dogs. They're wonderful with the owners. Their place is always nice & clean and the vet techs are patient; my animals seem to like them. I typically wait just a few minutes to be seen when I arrive. They're mindful of my dog's temperament and handle him accordingly.

Its $5 to clip a dog’s nails and the shots range from what we get done on the dog. It’s really reasonable. We go there because it’s really reasonable and they really work with us. They are wonderful and they’re the best veterinarians we’ve ever been to. When a pet passes away, they send a little sympathy card. So that is very nice.

We have been going here for a couple of years. There is generally a waiting time for an appointment. They have so many patients that they are very crowded. When they

They have the veterinarian and the groomer there and animal supplies. So it's a one-stop shop for me. It's very convenient for me. My dog likes him. They're punctual. They don't keep you waiting for ever. This is for the veterinarian and the grooming. I'm always happy with the service for both of those. The veterinarian is very thorough and her assistants always explains that's going on and what the dog can expect. They calm me down whenever I go in and they have to sedate him for some of his exams or what have you. They call the day after to make sure that he's okay. They're very, very nice and very thorough.

I found my dog in the woods and he had 4th stage heart worm and they helped me treat him. It's not a veternarian it's a bunch of veterinarians. I've always had good experience with them. They are very reasonable. It cost me $700 to treat my dog and it would have cost $3000 at any other vet.
