Business Description: We have 25 yrs experience with HVAC systems and provide local heating & Air Conditioning services for Southern Wake county including the 27606 & 27603 zip codes in Raleigh. We also replace complete systems and give free diagnostic help on our web site for the "Do It Yourself" customers. We charge $85 for a service call ($15 Senior discounts), including commuting to your home and diagnosing your problem no matter how long that takes. If you have a simple problem that can be corrected wihout any parts then thats all we charge. Freon prices are very unpredictable now but most A/C systems take about 4# - 6# when completely empty and Heat Pumps can use twice that amount but only when totally empty. Most of those that we find are "undercharged" and need much less than if they were empty. We do not use a strategy of offering cheap maintenance visits (at cost) as a way to search for expensive repairs or to send a "Comfort Specialist" (A salesman ) to sell you a new system, we would rather restore your current system to it's original performance unless there honestly are seriouse problems or you want to upgrade. Some new systems need over 10 years to pay for themselves in fuel savings.

Excluded Services: We limit Home Warranty calls now because it's simply too difficult to schedule a lot of them when they give us their "overflow" at times when everyone is swamped and their customers give us bad reviews for scheduling problems when we have to get authorization and wait for parts to be orderd from their warrany companies. We do not service large commercial systems and offer only limited service on Apollo Systems and Geo Thermal (water source) Heat Pumps.
