Business Description: We offer full-service Staging, beginning with a Professional, detailed plan for your entire house or particular rooms. You may do the suggested work yourself or use us to showcase your house at its best. We offer select furnishings for rental or can obtain other pieces with local rental businesses. We also stock a large variety of accessories for rental. Rentals are on a monthly basis with no minimum months required, and are charged to a customer-provided credit card automatically until Staging is discontinued. For unoccupied houses we offer a weekly or bi-weekly dusting, vacuuming, freshening service to keep the house looking ready at all times. Occasionally distance requires a surcharge for this service. Interior Designing is available as well, and we will discount any items purchased through our suppliers as we are able. We suggest sub-contractors for painting, some repairs, some kitchen designs and cleaning, but all sub-contracting is strictly between the homeowner and the provider. We are insured, obtain business permits for every location requiring it, and are listed with the BBB and ServiceMagic.
