"Saw

. They could not be bothered if someone is not into buying all they want to sell. don't go here!

I was put on some medication that has left some lasting results even now, although I quit taking it in August. During my last appointment I told him of my concerns. I left feeling as though he heard me but didn't listen to me.

When I walked in, there were two young girls at the front desk, and they asked me what I was there for, and I told them that I was there for a colonoscopy. They then asked me again after a few minutes, and then again. I had to tell them that after 3 times, they should know. He started my colonoscopy without sedating me, and it was very painful and very embarrassing. The nurse came in to hold me because I was screaming. The guy who was supposed to have sedated me, was just standing there and he knew I wasn't sedated. I reported him, but nothing was done about it. The lady who bought my husband's van said she had the same experience. The other thing about him is that the nurse does everything. The nurse was checking me, and he just came in with his hand on the door knob, so he wasn't going to spend time with me. That man needs to stop. He was not friendly, and he didn't communicate.

Not well. it was all for nothing. too much debris I was told afterwards. I told the nurse at the hospital prior to the procedure but she just said 'oh that's normal'. then when i woke up from the anesthesia. The staff told me the news. Dr.

didn't look or speak to me directly. After I told everyone at my bedside what I'd told the nurse, the doctor just said, 'i wish i would have known that, i would have done a rectal <exam>'. I left in tears. All that time wasted. The prep was split in 2: 1/2 a

at 12 noon the day before. All the time and energy and prep put into this was a waste of time. I missed 2 days of work. Had to arrange for someone to take my kids to school. Had to purchase the prep solution and clear liquid supplies. Was put under anesthesia for nothing. Had to arrange for a ride from the hospital. Can't wait to see what my insurance won't cover and I will have to pay for this. The MRMC hospital staff should have listened and told the doctor my concern. They are an Endoscopy Center. They asked me so many times if I'd eaten or if I was allergic. No one ever asked me a very important question that would have canceled the procedure. I won't be doing this again for a very long time, if ever.

He was extremely caring and patient when he told my husband and I the news. He answered a ton of questions, very calmly and throughly. He called me the next day to check on me and again spent time talking to me, answering my questions. We knew that I would need surgery, so he referred me to a surgeon that is equally as wonderful. He is extremely knowledgable and treated me like a person, not just another name that needed to get checked off his list for the day (like so many doctors do). I completely trust him and will continue to go back to Desert Sun. The rest of the staff that I dealt with were also wonderful!!

She treated me like I am her only patient. I fell ill on a weekend and she advised me to go to the ER. After I was seen by the ER doctor she immediately got me admitted to the hospital. Called surgeon for backup and started me on IV medications. She is the best gastro doctor Methodist has to offer. Even the nurses told me I was lucky to have her as my doctor. I strongly recommended her to many of my friends and family.

I’ve been seeing him for a long time. He’s very personable. He’s competent and caring. He explains things really well. If you have questions, he will answer them. He’s not in a rush. I like that. Availability is more difficult because it depends on situation. If you have some kind of an emergency, I believe they’ll get you in immediately. My situation wasn’t like that. Routine things take a little bit longer. They were pleasant. I only call for an appointment. He’s really nice.

My wife absolutely loves these people. The doctor and his staff are excellent. They're just wonderful people, and the doctor is the best. I couldn't say enough good things about them.
