The owner of Always Best Care of the Northern Piedmont is Philip Stringer, who brings 20 years of pastoral care experience to his leadership of our office. He is committed to personally interviewing all of our caregiver applicants to ensure they have the skill and moral integrity to provide the best possible care. In addition to the hours Phil spends with them, each caregiver is trained and certified by our staff nursing supervisor (a former Nurse Practitioner), and continuing education is a requirement for ongoing employment. Caregivers at Always Best Care of the Northern Piedmont are licensed, bonded and insured to provide the safest and highest level of care. Phil and his team have your loved ones best interests at heart, and will ensure that exceptional service and care is provided to all family members. We recognize that extended family members are not always able to be physically present for their loved ones, so we go out of our way to be available to listen and discuss care with those people our clients authorize us to speak with. We have strong relationships with area hospitals, social workers, senior communities and senior resources throughout the area, making it easy for us to connect you with additional resources or get the answers you need. Military Veterans who served during wartime AND their spouses may qualify for benefits that could pay for some or all of our services. We'll be happy to explain these benefits to you and connect you to trusted counselors certified by the Counsel General of the VA who can help you get the benefits you deserve. Sometimes seniors may feel that staying in their home may not be the best option for them. In addition to our excellent in-home care service, we also provide a free consulting service to seniors considering a move to an independent or assisted living community. We'll meet you at home and take time to truly listen and learn about what you are looking for. We'll answer your questions and help you explore your options. If you like, we can even arrange tours of the facilities you would like to visit and will pick you up and go with you on your tour. If you're not sure where to start with your move, we can help by connecting you to trusted resources and services in the area, making the transition as simple and stress-free as possible. Whether you decide to move from your home or stay, we're here to help you through your decision-making process, free of charge.
