was ultra professional and efficient with a good product with a lifetime warranty.
Their large crew worked efficiently
by a foreman in under four hours and cleaned up as well as taking down and putting back the blinds/window treatments if needed. They caulked the windows and took away the old ones as well as cleaning the new windows.
The company's owner,
"Stewie" was honest, personable, and an expert in his field. They also are certified by TVA and explained about how to get the energy discount.
I enthusiastically recommend them to anyone who needs windows.

The sales people were very prompt, very informed, and highly professional in all phases of the sale and presentation, They were on time for the requested estimate, gave a dynamic presentation of the product, and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Their crew arrived on time, did an excellent job with the installation, and left me very pleased with the entire process, and didn't charge for every move they made. Other bids presented charged ridiculous prices for
parts of the process, and
folks were very professional, and I could truly tell they knew what customer service is all about. I highly recommend this company for anyone that doesn't want to play games, and simply wants a great deal, with honest sales and workmanship.

I had 18 window panes in our house replaced because of seal failure on the original window panes over the course of time from March 2001 through October 2005. Initial contact and service was OK, but every pane of glass, for which we paid from $75.00 to $80.00 FAILED WITHIN 3 YEARS. The warranty from
Franklinville Window Installers Provider Name Locked
for these panes was 15 YEARS Warranty - for the first 5 years
Franklinville Window Installers Provider Name Locked
was to replace the panes free of charge and then give a pro-rated charge of 50% for years 6 through 15. I still have all the paperwork including the bill receipts and the (worthless) printed warranty paper I got for every bill. This is what I got from
Franklinville Window Installers Provider Name Locked
and company on the warranties: 4 replacements free of charge. After more and more failures and MULITPLE calls to

he no longer would answer or return them. I was pretty persistent in calling him over and over, but the guy wore me out and I just gave up. We lived the fogged windows for the last 10 years. Now, in 2014 I've finally got money to have all the old windows replaced entirely with new vinyl ones. Here's the big kicker - The company that's installing the replacement windows CURRENTLY, 10 YEARS LATER, charges only $60.00 to replace the same glass panes only if I wanted to do that. I GOT RIPPED OFF BY

- LEARN FROM MY EXPERIENCE! Most of the window replacement companies offer just glass pane replacement and apparently they do so at a much lower price and

. I don't know what
Franklinville Window Installers Provider Name Locked
is charging today, but as you see I paid more for each pane 10 years ago than I would pay someone else today. Calculated for inflation, $75.00 in 2005 money = $91.53 (at www.bls.gov/data/inflation_calculator.htm) I wonder if that's near what

is charging today?

They did a very good job, no problems what so ever, but we had to wait for our back door locks to replace an additional 3 months. Never got an explanation on why for the delay.

. was fantastic from beginning to end. The sales rep was very easy to work with and there were no high pressure sales involved. I really like the fact that you can visit a real showroom and see the product before ordering. The owner of the company is in the showroom and he takes pride in what he does and provides excellent customer service. The pricing for the quality product we ordered was reasonable. On the day of installation the installer was on time, very professional, and courteous. The job site was kept clean and when he was finished the area was spotless. The finished product looks great and we are so pleased with the way things turned out. Thank you

Excellent workmanship, very fair price. Left a very positive impression on me. I referred them to a friend who just had them install a new roof and gutters. He's very happy with that work as well. I'll be using them to install new windows at the rental property in the fall. I like the combination of quality work and very competitive pricing.

Very professionally done. Quick to get back to me with an estimate. Willing to work within my condo board association limitations and restrictions. Even took out more insurance to satisfy them. did a much more thorough job of measurements than the other estimates I had done. Better explanations of what was available and how the process worked. Good about staying in touch and returning calls, which I have founds is uncommon in the contractor business. The whole project took 2 days. They were very courteous and professional the whole time. Arrived on time, worked hard, and the end result looks better than expected. Looking forward to seeing the difference in my heating bills this winter.

Project started 6/2 still not done was told 2-3 day project.
Windows were order in wrong configuration had to re-order 7 of 12 windows, they blamed the manufacturer.
They ordered 3 sets of double windows when all windows are single.
Destroyed my gutters while removing the fascia and. Soffits, replacing gutters and downspouts at there expense.
The owner, project manager and a another project manager wouldn't return phone calls or emails and lied about there responses.
Still waiting for the windows interior trim to be finished, the gutters to be installed and all exterior trim painted
Said they ordered the replacement windows, when I called the manufacturer rep, they had not been ordered, this was two weeks after I was told they were ordered

don't know what to say other than avoid this company

My door was a custom size so the cost was higher than normal. The fire door is the door used to enter the house from the garage.
The problem was that the original door was warped, which

to separation from the door seal (about 1/2 inch) and cold air came in from the garage during the winter. However, when
Franklinville Window Installers Provider Name Locked
from AWS came out to the house, he found that the existing door frame had settled over the years, along with the house. The door wasn't warped! He suggested I could probably find someone to correct the frame, which would be less expensive than replacing the door. If I replaced the door, the frame would be corrected as well.
I decided to go with the new door because I didn't want to encounter the door frame settling in another couple of years and have to repeat the whole thing.
The door looks great. The installers were on time, courteous, clean, and professional.
I'm an AWS repeat customer. If I need a service and they can perform it, I will use them 100% of the time.
Their work is quality and I know I won't have to repeat the same work ever again.
