Could not have asked for better service. Fair estimate provided mid-week. Work started following Monday and completed Friday (rained Tuesday and Wedesday, Holiday on Thursday).
Fair price, prompt, polite and very high quality work.
Will use again.

Starting with the good points, the contractor arrived promptly on time for estimate. Walked through the entire house to give a ballpark estimate of necessary improvements to help sell my house. Provided good advice for making the most significant improvements for the least amount of cost. I ended up only contracting the exterior siding to be painted and did other jobs myself. The job was started within a few days of the estimate. The painter filled in cracks with latex caulk and also painted my small storage shed to make it match the house.I was disappointed that the painter did very little to prepare the surface. I was expecting that the siding would be washed prior to painting. A one man crew arrived and painted the entire house in about 6 hours, applying only a single coat of paint and doing very little prep work. He did repair cracks and seams with latex caulk. Most unfortunately, the house was painted with interior grade paint. I did not notice the paint that was used until after the painter left the house, when I was putting the leftover paint in storage I noticed that it was a bucket of interior paint. When I called Mr. Lockleair to inform him that interior paint was used, he quickly agreed to re-paint the house with exterior paint. I started to get a little anxious when the job was not re-done on the day Mr. Lockleair stated it would be done, and it became difficult to get in contact, but in the end the painter came back on the first day that weather permitted painting and applied a coat of exterior paint. I would have appreciated a bit more communication during this period to keep me informed and assured that the job was going to be done.In the end, I was satisfied with the job and very pleased that Mr. Lockleair stood behind his work when the job was not done to satisfaction the first time. Overall, it was not a great experience, but I do not blame the contractor entirely when there were many factors, and ultimately he returned to ensure satisfaction. I would use this contractor again, with caution. In the future I will ask very specific questions during the estimate, such as what prep work will be done, how many coats of paint will be applied, and exactly what kind of paint will be used. I would recommend to ensure these details are put in writing to ensure both parties have the same expectations of the job to be done for the price that is agreed upon. I think it is important to ensure the surface is prepared properly and that more than a single coat of paint is applied, to ensure that you do not have to get your house painted again for as long as possible.

Everything turned out great. The only thing they didn't do is put in my keyless entry pad for my garage door. He insisted that he wouldn't put up the entry pad. They had the best price and I would recommend them.

My realtor recommended Ark. I was a bit surprised that the initial estimate was so much. After seeing everything they did to my house, and the quality of the work I am a bit surprised they were able to do it for only that much. They replaced all rotted wood, and there was a considerable amount, they cleaned and scraped the siding, primed and painted. They even pressure washed the mildew off of my chimney, and that was not part of the contract. Every member of their crew was very courteous and willing to please. They did not leave until I was completely satisfied with the work. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking home painting.

Veterans Home Improvement arrived at my house in just 15 minutes after I called them for a free estimate. They conducted a thorough

of all areas of my home in preparation for a home inspection. I received an estimate in writing a few hours later. I received 2 other estimates from other contractors in the area and was a little concerned with Veterans Home Improvements low cost. I decided to hire
Fayetteville Exterior Painters Provider Name Locked
and his team to work on my home and I am very happy I did. I had two crews at my house on Halloween working without breaks to complete all the repairs to my home. They were very professional and really made me feel like I was the boss. The quaility in which they fixed my house can only be described as excellent. I would definitely recommend Veterans Home Improvement for ALL home repairs if you're looking for great service at the best price finished in the best time. Thank you

was great to work with. His estimate was less expensive than all of the others, so initially I was concerned that the workmanship would be less than perfect; I was wrong. He and his small crew were meticulous, and even whenthey were done, they found some spots that were less than perfect, so they actually went back and did the touchup (it was nothing that I would have noticed). The job was amazing, and the trim looked perfect. I would use HIS again in a heartbeat.

I found
Fayetteville Exterior Painters Provider Name Locked
very professional. He always called when he said he would and always returned my call promptly. When he came out to give me an estimate he showed up on time. On the day he came out to work he was on time and completed the work in a timely manner. He and his crew cleaned up and left things the way they found them. It was refreshing to deal with someone like

Everything went fine until one afternoon I arrived at the job to find
one of the painters lying on my steps overcome with fumes from some kind
of paint stripper he had been using. Inside, my hardwood floors had
lots of paint on them as if they failed to use drop cloths. The job
foreman called me to settle with him after completing the work and I
went to my house to inspect the work. It looked fine initially except
that they had removed my wooden blinds (special made at a cost of over
$5000.00) so they could paint the windows. I asked when they planned on
rehanging the blinds and the foreman just stared at me for several
moments before saying they had thrown the blinds away. Gone, in the
trash, at the landfill were my blinds. The foreman still asked for his
money saying he had a house payment to make. I, of course refused to
pay. I figure I owed Veterans $2500, and they owed me a bit over $5000
to replace my blinds so they actually owed me 2500-2600, the diference
between the cost of blinds and what I owed them. In discussions with
Fayetteville Exterior Painters Provider Name Locked
he didn't want to pay me what he owes me because he didnt want to
file a claim with his insurance. It hasnt been a year yet and the paint
is popping off one of the exterior windows and the kitchen floor is
bubbling up in spots. I would never ever use Veterans Roofing for
anything. I'm strongly considering taking them to court as I've gotten
NO satisfaction from them. They are one of the reasons contractors have
a bad name. Use them at your own peril.

Great guys, always let me know when they were coming and what the schedule was. Very neat, and did a great job. Had them working in an unheated house in the dead of winter; not the best conditions. I am very particular about paint and provided them with the material myself. They had not used my
Fayetteville Exterior Painters Provider Name Locked
products before and we were all pleased with the results.
Had them add in a few "while you're at it" paint jobs and ended up with a terrific redo on an old entertainment piece (now a dining room built-in) and some stunning entry stairs. Also did some staining which turned out great. I don't think there's a painting project they can't do.
Have already scheduled them for the exterior, as soon as the weather breaks. Highly recommend.
