No one showed up at 3 pm so I waited until almost 4:30pm and still no one showed up or even called. I called them and they told me they we're ...more running behind and wouldn't be able to make it that day. They told me they would have someone at my house at 9:30 the next morning. They didn't show up the next morning at 9:30 and still no call saying they would be late. At 10:30 am I finally called them and they said they would get ready to come to my house which I thought was funny because they just happen to be coming over when I called. I canceled the appointment. They didn't have the courtesy to call me either time to let me know what was going on. Good luck
"This is the 2nd time I used this provider. The first time they had to work on an outside meter, they did a good job and had it inspected as asked, but there was a small (around 10 dollars) difference in the amount we agreed to on the phone and what was actually charged to my credit card. I didn't question it around that time because I did not end ...more up buying the property but the amount was very small. So I didn't make a big deal out of it.
About 5 months later, I called this company again and the same guy I worked with the last time (His name is
) was used to perform the job. I had to get the property inspected and we agreed to a price of 110 to be charged to my credit card. I checked my statements 2 days later and the charge was 415 dollars! I called him to question him about the difference being that it was significantly that what we talked about on Friday. He states that there was a misunderstanding and that it would NOW cost more than 110 to fix. He should have said this all upfront. Or at least something like "around 400 dollars". The main problem I see is with the company's integrity in taking credit card information over the phone. I think it is unprofessional to charge customers different amounts just because you have their credit card information. When speaking with the guy he was defensive but he did apologize for the misunderstanding on his part. I do remember in the conversation we had before he charged my credit card that he said he would charge me the amount that we agreed to but that was apparently that was not true. I would have obtained a quote from somewhere else had I known he was going to charge me a higher amount. Provider refused to agree to different amount than 415 and stated that he could not do this based on the amount of work that was involved.
I do not recommend working with these people over the phone since they take advantage of credit card information once the obtain it. "
"They came access and evaluated the problem, and advised me of what had to be done. they determined that all breakers need to be replaced, box need to be replaced, and that over time other parts inside box had decayed. They accessed that the unit was only getting half the power supply from the breaker box, causing the unit to fail and cause other switches ...more inside my unit to fail. They did a compete replacement of parts all new and made repairs as needed. My heat/ac unit is now working again. They do D*** good work and reasonable. "

Electric. He will cheat you if he can I will never use him again, but I wii advise my friends about not to use him either. "
"He never performed the work, I don't believe commercial buildings are in his realm. I found it very unprofessional to never notify me that he simply could not find the part. I live in another state and assumed the repair was made. The tenant later called me and complained he still had no lights. I ended up giving the tenant a 500.00 rent credit.
