Business Description: B Greene Builders Inc is a full service residential/light commercial building and renovation company. We have an exceptional eye for detail and feel that the details make all the difference between a job that just meets one's expectations and a job that exceeds his/her expectations. We are a small, family operated company, currently employing three tradesmen. This configuration allows us to self perform the majority of tasks presented to us in a project. It also allows us to develop an intimate relationship with our clients in the effort to create a structure or surroundings that reflect their personalities and their most cherished values. We do have a solid core of reliable sub-contractors, which are utilized in license specific areas of our projects, that are equally committed to meeting our high standards. Sustainable building practices are at the core of our value system. I, Brad Greene, have been involved in the building industry for 17 years now and have been employing these methods from the beginning, as this was the way that I was most compelled to build even in my youth. I have always sought to conserve and utilize the most effective practices for a project whether it be the age old method of simply orienting a structure to take full advantage of the sun, rain, wind & shade or engineering with advanced products to offset less than optimum site conditions. Proper evaluation and planning, materials conservation and education are hallmarks of any good project. Futhermore, we really love doing what we do! There really isn't any job that's too small!
