"Other tan than the fact a that they are too d*mn expensive, they are fine. I have not contacted them direct because I do everything through the paperwork. I have" the NFL package. They contacted me to arrange service. I have never had a problem. I had one guy who was not that great. He was a contracted guy they sent out and he did not do such a great job.

"I work from home, I have a business class account and so that is why I just pay for the internet and phone. There are two phone lines that are on that account, one" of them for business and one of them for home. We’ve had them for a while, so it’s been about 5 or 6 years I’ve had this special account. They originally set up my account incorrectly, which has caused me years of frustration and anger and they were unable to fix it. Every time I would call, I would get somebody different, and I probably spoke to at least a dozen different customer service people for years, who have tried to fix different situations with phoneless things and all sorts of different things, I just feel that they, I
’t know what’s happening with
internally, because it just seems that they do not have their act together at all, just the way different agents handle the phone calls, they seem that they wanted to help but their hands are tied because the company is so messed up. Just recently I called to get a phone number changed because when they incorrectly set up my phone number the last time, anybody who wanted to call the company I work for was calling my business line which is supposed to be unlisted, so that has caused a headache, so I finally changed the phone number and we went through 5 different phone numbers, and I forwarded my phone number, I made note of it, and then when I got the confirmation by email it was a completely different number, and saying that it was going to be valid on August 24 even though my number had just changed last Friday, they can’t even get their automatic email to generate correctly, so then that prompted to call again, talk to customer service agent without sounding all frustrated, and tell them I
’t want that whoever got my phone number, or their email to start passing it out and then I’m getting phone calls for this other company or other person who thought that their number was going to be the email that I got, so I just had to jump through some more hoops and I still
’t have confidence that it was corrected, and we’re just going to hope and see.

They’re fine. As long as you can take your telephone service for granted, I think that they’re doing a pretty good job. They're kind of something that would never had any trouble. The only reason why we would not stick with them is that more and more people are getting away from landlines and we're probably going to be dropping our landline, but then we would still have our mobile phones.

I've been having trouble with them, their prices were extremely high. But they did lower my bill. I was paying $225 and they lowered it to almost $150.

is the only choice we have. In the rural area that I'm at, we can only get

and they're slower than, yeah. All the neighbor's complain that it is super slow. I don't think all their fiber optic stuff is up to date in town. Nobody else has lines out here so we don't have a choice.
We had called them because our bill was so high and our internet so cruddy. They told us if we changed packages that it will lower our bill and that we would get better internet service. So, okay, fine. I didn't know that there was anything involved here at the house. The service guy had to come out and adjust something on the box. They had to do something on their end and then he had to come and do an update at the box. It has been better but you can tell on the weekends and when the weather's bad. On the weekends you can tell there are a lot of people on the internet because it's really slow. Different times a day even throughout the day, especially during bad weather.
The service guy was scheduled to be here between 10:00 and 2:00 and he was here right after 10:00. The guy was really nice. He had to come out a couple of days later again because I was still having problems. One of their lines was old and he had to replace it. They said something about the box outside going to something else was not good. The guy figured it out. I was on the line with tech support I don't know how many times that day and finally they said we just need to send someone out and he was there right away.

They are the only choice I have, there’s nobody else here. As a national company, their service is mediocre. I called them this morning and for an hour on the phone the issue was not solved so they have to call me back until they finally figure out why their system is not working properly. They could not answer my questions so we did not resolve any thing. We just spent a lot of time on the phone. For the last couple of weeks, there was a problem with their service but they could not resolve it and they could not figure out why it’s not working the way it should work.

They came last sat to connect my service. When they came out they told me there was something wrong with the pole. They told me to call and someone would come out on monday. When I called on monday, they told me they would not come out for 2 weeks. I told them that was unacceptable, I spoke with a supervisor and was told that someone would call me back in an hour. After 3 hours I called back and they told me they had scheduled me for this Friday, that was unacceptable. I spoke with another supervisor, and was told I would be called back in a couple hours, I have not been called back 24 hours later.

Phone service is fine. I am very happy with that. Their internet service is really erratic. It has slow, poor and bad connections.

It is terrible and they're expensive. I don't like them at all but I don't want to go to a dish so I'm stuck.
For the money, the TV goes out frequently. I know that's a complaint the dish people have when there's a storm the TV goes out, well, I've lost television quite frequently. I have HD. I don't know if the HD if it buffers or what it is but it always pixels so you can't see the screen. I think I should be getting a deduction. If my TV is off for several hours of the day, that should come off the bill. I have to say though, when you do finally get their tech support people they are good. They're extremely patient. It takes a long time sometimes to get to their tech people and it's a little inconvenient since I have my phone with them I have to call on my cell phone, I can't call on my landline because if they have me unplug stuff I

them and I have to start all over again. That happened to me a couple of times before I figured it out. But when you do get tech support they are very patient, they take their time and I've been very happy with the help I've gotten.
When they say they're coming, sometimes they are late but they come.

I call them and they just come out; we never take anything to them. They are working out just fine. We have had them for years. I like the cable and the internet service is pretty fast. I always believe there is room for improvement. The quality is just fine; we have not had any problems. If we need anything it has been pretty punctual.
