All of our representatives are trained in our company policy of "Professional Craftmanship, Superior Service", in addition to the product, installation and insurance claims handling training they receive. Part of their training is conducted in a classroom style, and the other part is conducted on the field, with lessons in customer relations as well as others rangning from product knowledge to installation procedures and building codes. The initial training takes place over a period of four weeks, lasting over 150 hours. We believe that education is an ongoing necessity and we require continuing education every 3 months.
