Business Description: Our compnay comes from a backround of general construction knowledge and high-end home design. We are involved in projects from small room additions to large estate and waterfront homes. We have a passion for delivering home designs that are suited to our clients lifestyle in the style and size that they desire. We are a small firm that is very flexible in the services that we offer. We do not have a problem traveling to do out of town projects. Every project in designed and drawn in house with a structural engineer's seal. As owner of KDH Residential Designs Kevin Holdridge also has a seat on the board of the North Carolina Society of the American Institute of Building Design (AIBD). We are also members the Charlotte Home Builders Association where Kevin sits on the Green Builder Council, Associate Council and Remodelers Council. Through the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) he has received his Certified Green Professional designation and Lead Paint Certificate. The AIBD and NAHB both require continuing education credits of which Kevin greatly exceeds each year in a quest to stay ahead of a changing quickly changing industry.
