Chapel Hill Dermatologists Reviews

"They are just the cream of the crop! They are fabulous people. They are really, really effective in helping me. They are giving it their best shot and doing a fabulous job. I've struggled for years and now I'm not struggling. I'm not healed and I probably won't ever be, but things are much better than they were since I've started going there. My quality of life is greatly improved. I started seeing them last January."

"I've been seeing Dr.
Chapel Hill Dermatologists Provider Name Locked
for over 2 years. She's an excellent dermatologist. Very knowledgable and has a great bedside manner. She never makes you feel foolish for worrying about something. Because I'm prone to breaking out in rashes, when I had the acne, she was careful about what she gave me and provided many samples for me to try. This was wonderful because it turns out some of the items did trigger my allergies and it was good to know this by having a small sample to test rather than wasting money on a product I couldn't use. Eventually, we moved to a round of antibiotics which did work. She gave me a lot of information on the dos and donts with that particular medication. My only complaint is that the office area where you check in is wide open -- there's no screen for privacy. Everyone in the area can hear your information as you check in. Other than that, it's a great office with knowledgable, efficient staff. Easy to get to, easy to park, great doctor and staff."

"Dr.
Chapel Hill Dermatologists Provider Name Locked
excised a suspicious (pre-cancerous) lesion from my forehead, however she refused to proceed to chemically remove multiple sebaceous hyperplasia's on my face with trichloroacetic acid until she was convinced my insurance company would pay for her "time and materials." I felt discriminated against, second-class and humiliated, thus terminating my office visit/examination. Dr.

also stated she "would not be threatened" after I informed her of my tenure as a patient, the number of patients I referred, and my intent to communicate my recent experience in her office with those of whom I've previously referred. At that point, I informed Dr.
Chapel Hill Dermatologists Provider Name Locked
and the attending nurse in the examining room, I was humiliated and insulted by her heinous inability to handle the situation, or her lack of concern for anything else other than the ability for me to pay. I immediately exited the exam room and proceeded to pay my co-payment of $30.00 in full. I shall refute in advance any rebuttal from any clerical support regarding my experiences with the above mentioned institution, since they were not directly involved with the interface between Dr.

"The practice is very efficient and very courteous. They make excellent diagnosis and prescribe helpful solutions. They send out reminder notices three months in advance for annual check ups."

"I saw Dr. Fraden and he was terrific. I had to wait a while to see him, but when I did, he was unhurried and answered all of my questions comprehensibly. He seemed to genuinely care about me, and I felt very comfortable with him. I will definitely see him again."
