Business Description: My number one goal is customer satisfication which to me means a customer who is not only completely satisfied with my services but is willing to refer me to their friends, family and co-workers. My work is my passion and I absolutely love providing my services to my customers. I get a real sense of pleasure when a client loves the work I have done, smiles and says thank you for a wonderful job. I perform most of the tasks myself, but also know when to say a job is out of my area of expertise. If/when that happens I do know qualified contractors who can step in and perform the work at a very reasonable rate. I do followup with my customer after the job is completed to ensure it was performed to their satisfaction. This is especially important since my reputation is on the line and as I mentioned prior, customer satisfaction is my number 1 goal. I can provide references (160) upon request. I am confident you as many have will be pleased with my workmanship and prices. Free estimates are available 7 days a week. Tom
