I obtained my NC State master plumbing Lic. in May of 1980 (LIC. # 9005) and worked in my fathers family owned business until he retired after 32 years. Currently there are three employees, myself, my assistant(10 yrs.)and my secretary. We only use 1 subcontractor that assists us with hydro-jetting on drain lines. Some companies use flat rate pricing but I choose to use the time and material method. My rates are $80.00 per hr. for one man and $120.00 per hr. for two men. If a job is small and only requires one man to repair a simple item I will charge for one man. If two men can make a 1-1/2hr. job into a one hour, the charges will be for two men. I charge one way travel time for services rendered. My company specializes in plumbing remodeling. We also perform many repairs on the plumbing system as well as replacement of water heaters, toilets, tubs, water lines, and sewer lines. We do not offer emergency service after hours or weekends. Most of the time when you call you will speak to me and sometimes my voice mail. Angies List customers will recieve $15.00 off on my first visit and you will call again because I am punctual, clean up behind myself, neat in appearance, Professional tools, well stocked truck, and a large truck (shop on wheels). I bring my professionalism, tools, years of knowledge to you like I want someone to arrive at my house. Tip of the day, It is better to confess your ignorance than to display it.

Excluded Services: We do not plumb new houses (long story, done over 1,000), We do not perform backflow testing. We do not do gas piping work other than gas water heater replacement. We do not service well pumps, they have professionals that specialize in that.
