Excellent - They showed up removed all the old rotting boards the first day, and installed enough so we could get in the front door that night. They finished up on day two with the porch and replaced the boards on the front steps. They cleaned up the trash from the old boards every night so there was never any unsightly mess in my yard.

Great response over other contractors and this was the third time that I have had RHC do work for me. On time, right price, and courteous. Couldn't ask for more from a team of handymen.

In short, I would hire them again in a minute.
They were the best company I quoted in terms of communication by far and their pricing was competitive, especially for an Angie's List A-rated supplier. I am very satisfied with the work that was performed and even more satisfied with the quick responses to all of my questions throughout the job. The crew was fantastic and easy to work with. They knew what they were doing and did not need a lot of direction. They did not try to unduly influence the design but made their suggestions for my consideration and implemented the plan perfectly.

took copious notes in the beginning and actually remembered the design discussions better than I did! They did have a little bad luck with the shutters, receiving the non-louvred ones instead of louvred. But, that was fixed within about a week and could have happened to any company.

I would , without reservation, highly recommend this company for your siding needs.

After meeting with four different electricians, I decided to go with
Apex Lighting Companies Provider Name Locked
. He was great! He did arrive a little bit earlier than our appointment (he called me first, but that was fine with me as I am an early riser). He got to work right away. He did the following: replaced the chandelier in the dining room and installed a 3-way dimmer; replaced the florescent fixture in the pantry; replaced a light switch in the master bathroom; replaced the vanity lights in both the master and guest bathrooms; replaced the ceiling fan/lights in the master bedroom, guest bedroom, and office. Also replaced wall receptacles, switches, and wall boxes in these rooms. The biggest job was replacing the ceiling fan/light in the living room that has a cathedral ceiling. I also wanted a remote control feature put into the fixture.
Apex Lighting Companies Provider Name Locked
brought in his 18 ft. ladder by himself and did the job. A couple of months later, I asked
Apex Lighting Companies Provider Name Locked
to come back to install a new light in our kitchen and to remove the remote from the living room light. It wasn't working out as I had thought (no fault of
Apex Lighting Companies Provider Name Locked
). So he installed the new light and again brought in the big ladder to remove the remote. Since then, everything has worked beautifully. I am so happy with my new lights.
Apex Lighting Companies Provider Name Locked
did everything by himself and in a very timely fashion. I would definitely call him to do any future electrical work.

Apex Lighting Companies Provider Name Locked
came to our home and gave what we felt was a reasonable estimate for a number of household electrical projects, providing helpful consultation and suggestions in the process. We scheduled him to do some of the projects, and we plan to use him later for the remainder. He showed up promptly on the scheduled morning, and worked efficiently to complete the projects by early afternoon. He was careful, neat, and cleaned up after each task. we've been very happy with the results, and definitely plan to use

again.

This was our fourth project that we have used
Apex Lighting Companies Provider Name Locked
. We had used them on projects on our previous house that is a 1930s bungalow that we had recently sold to buy a new house in Apex, North
Apex Lighting Companies Provider Name Locked
. The new house had an attic area that we wanted to convert into an office for me, so we had our architect draw-up plans and then had
Apex Lighting Companies Provider Name Locked
, Inc bid on the job.
Apex Lighting Companies Provider Name Locked
of
Apex Lighting Companies Provider Name Locked
worked with me to make sure that the project was done the way that we wanted it in a manner that worked for the existing structure. The project involved framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, flooring, insulation, painting and lighting. We were on a tighter than usual budget for this project, since we had just bought this new house, and
Apex Lighting Companies Provider Name Locked
worked with use to keep costs down while creating a usable office space for me. The framing and electrical work went in smoothly without any trouble with the work being done quickly and professionally. There was a small amount of plumbing work required to remove and cap-off plumbing that was not going to be used in this project and that was done without any trouble.
Apex Lighting Companies Provider Name Locked
brought in a HVAC consultant to determine whether the existing HVAC system would be able to handle the extra load of the additional living space, and it was decided that a PTAC unit should be installed in the new area in order to handle the added load.
Apex Lighting Companies Provider Name Locked
came up with an ingenious way of installing the unit without the unit being visible from anywhere outside of the house. An additional 220 volt power feed was required for the unit, and
Apex Lighting Companies Provider Name Locked
and his electrician again came up with a smart and non-destructive means of running the new electrical line from the crawlspace all the way up to the attic. The area needed to be insulated, since it was unfinished, and
Apex Lighting Companies Provider Name Locked
had his insulation team inspect the area and come up with an insulation plan for the project. The insulation has worked very well in both winter and summer. The temperature difference between that area that was left unfinished and the finished area is remarkable. Very good work. The drywall and painting were completed as expected on time and on budget without any surprises. When it came to the flooring that we would use,
Apex Lighting Companies Provider Name Locked
suggested a cork flooring material. This was an insightful suggestion, since the area would be used as my office and to house a number of computer servers that I own. This flooring is stable and sturdy and provides a great working area. After a year of expansion and contraction during the summer and winter months, some of the drywall joints required repair, and
Apex Lighting Companies Provider Name Locked
had the drywall team return to repair the issues at no cost. There have been no other issues and the office area continues to be a very convenient and useful addition to our home.

& his son
Apex Lighting Companies Provider Name Locked
came right on time & were able to put in the can lights and change out the fixtures in one morning. They determined where to place the cans & the room now looks like a whole new kitchen! The price was really reasonable & I was given a break on changing out the light fixtures because they had done the kitchen lights. I've used them before & these guys are easy to contact, always able to come out within a day or two (if not a big job) & super nice & knowledgeable!

I signed up for an Angies list deal for a lighting package and consulted with
Apex Lighting Companies Provider Name Locked
on installing recessed lighting. . I was very impressed with how detail oriented he was in providing all the information upfront to me. I decided to go ahead and have them installed recessed lighting in the kitchen and subsequently a fan and lighting fixture.
Apex Lighting Companies Provider Name Locked
, the technician that did the work, was very dedicated and thorough and took great care of the cabinets and floors.
They were very flexible in meeting my needs. As they were getting done with what we had originally agreed to, I expressed an interest in adding an additional
Apex Lighting Companies Provider Name Locked
light in the kitchen and they immediately fetched a new part and installed it for me in the same trip. I was very impressed with their responsiveness.
Also when I spoke to
Apex Lighting Companies Provider Name Locked
the first time, he insisted that I get a town permit before I do the work since it was in the best interests of both the home owner and the contractor from an insurance standpoint ( I did the permit myself but I think it was worth the piece of mind) . I think that was good advice and something that I would have overlooked. So I am thankful for that.
Overall I was very pleased with the work and would be glad to do business with them again.

I got together with
Apex Lighting Companies Provider Name Locked
(
Apex Lighting Companies Provider Name Locked
, Owner and President) by email, setting up an appointment to carry out the task. He stated that it would take about a week to order and receive the fan from the manufacturer. We set the appointment for noon on the 14th.
Apex Lighting Companies Provider Name Locked
arrived somewhat early and was faced with me in my t-shirt and spiked hair, having just awakened from a nap. I forgave him for being early and he diplomatically ignored my pillow created hair-do. In the business relationship, we hit it off right away.
To give him access to the attic entry way in the garage ceiling, I moved my car. I also loaned him the tall ladder conveniently leaning against the garage wall (he had his own, but why bother). After bringing in all his tools,
Apex Lighting Companies Provider Name Locked
climbed up into the attic. Almost immediately he came back down, informing me that there was a plywood panel blocking the vent to the outside. He showed me a photo which he had taken with his phone. Either the builder or a previous owner of the home had affixed it there.
Apex Lighting Companies Provider Name Locked
said that that would have to be cut open before he could install the fan. I asked him for the amount of the additional cost. As he was a master electrician, I also asked if he would replace a burnt-out, motion sensitive flood on the front of the house (the thing kept going on and off at night when the wind blew the nearby holly). He was willing – he also had to make a trip to the hardware
store to get the new flood light (this time, not motion sensitive and controlled by manually by switching it on and off).
Apex Lighting Companies Provider Name Locked
worked for a considerable time to cut through the plywood and install the fan. It was a good thing that the outside air temperature had dropped 20 degrees from the previous day’s 95. When he drilled through the plywood, the whole house vibrated slightly like a bell.
Apex Lighting Companies Provider Name Locked
commented that that was a sign of good construction.
I did some research on the Internet about the brand of the fan and about venting attics prior to
Apex Lighting Companies Provider Name Locked
’s arrival. Based on that, I had several questions for him such as, at what level would he set the thermostat on the fan to make it come on; would the venting of the attic also make the garage less hot, etc. After discussion,
Apex Lighting Companies Provider Name Locked
mentioning several preferences for the thermostat setting, I told him I would leave it up to his expertise to make the choice. He then removed the old outside flood light and installed the new one, which he tested to make sure that it worked.
The attic fan is now working fine. It is whisper quiet. The air whooshing out the vent creates more sound than the fan. It may be my imagination, but I also believe that the central air conditioning unit is coming on less often than before. Am I happy with the job and the deal and the way that it was carried out? Yep.
