Tile installation was for approximately 500 square feet of foyer and 36 square feet of elevator. On the original installation, the tile was poorly laid, and probably was the worst tile installation I have ever seen. None of the crew members spoke fluent English, so communicating with them was extremely difficult. We originally asked that the tile be laid with minimal grout lines (i.e., 1/8" minimum), but the tile installation crew insisted they could not do it that way, and installed it with 3/8" grout joints (without stopping the job and consulting with our board whether the minimal grout joints could be accomplished). The foyer was L-shaped, and the tile was not started at the "center point" of the L; rather, it was started from the outside wall, which created uneven tiles on the opposing walls. There was a tremendous amount of lipping throughout the installation, notwithstanding the wider grout joints. Tiles that were cut to fit around corners (where there was no shoe molding to ultimately cover) were badly miscut and installed (i.e., there were cuts into the body of the tile, sometimes up to 1/2 inch in length, but the tile was installed anyway). The grout joint in spots drifted to 6/16", which is DOUBLE the 3/8" grout joint they used. We had them replace 11 of the tiles that were miscut or mislaid (a true professional would have NEVER originally laid those tiles to begin with). On the repairs, they left the shoe molding in place where the repaired tiles ran underneath it, and on those repairs, the tile was laid up to 1/8" under the shoe molding, creating noticeable gaps (and the installers partially filled those gaps with grout, which looked terrible), so now we are having to tear out and relay the shoe molding in those places. The grout we chose (a pewter gray) turned out basically white throughout the installation (my guess is that they used too much water when they wiped down the wet grout, not surprising considering the way they installed the tile), and we had to spend an extra $1,000 to have it stained. I wouldn't recommend this company for your tile needs under any circumstances.

The planning process involved several iterations to finalize the final scope. A separate interior designer recommended by Citywide was helpful in choosing materials. A supervisior was assigned to coordinate the workers and sequence the project. Unfortunately, that person eventually had to leave due to a family crisis, and, to Citywide's credit, another coordinator doing double-duty with another project was able to take up the job with admirable effort.
As usual with building projects, there were some unforeseen changes along the way but these were handled professionally by the Citywide crew.
Citywide was always very cognizant of our comfort in having to endure living with demolition and were always careful to clean-up daily after work was completed.
The original project was to have completed within 2 months but didn't make it. Unforseen things always happen on large remodeling projects so don't expect your project to be any different.

We had a cabinet refinish job done by another company that was a total mess. I filed an insurance claim and their insurance company agreed that it was a botched job and paid for a re-do.
We contacted
Alexis Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
and they had to replace the doors. The job went quite smoothly. The employee {
Alexis Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
} was very professional and very precise with all of the details such as door alignment and trim fit. The stain is awesome. At the opposite end of the results with the other company that had a sloppy, amateurish, employee that left a mess that took me 3+ hours to clean up.

left the kitchen neat and clean before leaving for the day and did a very thorough clean up when he finished the job.
More importantly, my wife is very happy with the results. I would recommend

Cost estimates were competitive and strictly adhered to. Planned start and completion dates were fully met. Workmanship was first class. Workers were very efficient and competent, always arrived ahead of start time, work days were open ended to assure clean cutoff points and allow adequate clean-up time... each day ended with an exceptionally clean/clear worksite, including sawdust and chip removal. The contractor was always available for questions and general project discussion. Equipment used appeared new or near new and well maintained. Everything needed for the site work was always immediately available... no doubt the result of experience and good planning. There were no unwelcome surprises found after the work was completed and the crews had moved on to new jobs.

arrived on time - provided detailed estimate proposal for project but we received this two weeks after meeting with him because he was out of town. Would have chosen this provider but because of delay in initial response already awarded contract to someone else.

After meeting with 3 contractors to get a quote on remodeling our bathroom, I signed a contract today with
Alexis Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
. I was very impressed with
Alexis Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
and immediately felt he was the right one. All 3 contractors were priced fairly close, but I felt a connection with
Alexis Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
. I also read the reviews on all 3 contractors, and
Alexis Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
was the highest rated in satisfaction. I have never done a remodel and
Alexis Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
made me feel confident in going forward with it. He knows what he is talking about, and I feel I can depend on him to make sure the remodel is done correctly. He went over everything that will get done, and what I will need to order, and I know I can call him with questions if I need help with that. If all goes as planned, we hope to remodel our other 2 bathrooms with
Alexis Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
too. Demo begins September 10, 2014, and I will post another review, with pictures, when the remodel is completed.

Contacted the provider for installation/replacement of 800 sf of burmuda sod. He returned my call in a timely manner. However, he stated my project was too small for him to be interested.
