"They had the tires that I needed in stock and were able to put them on my car within a few hours. They did not call me when the work was complete, as they had said" that they would. But when we called them back, they let me know that the car was ready. It was a good experience.

"I was a little skeptical because I had always gone to a private Ophthalmologist and I had concerns about the quality of care and the quality of the eyewear. I was" very impressed with Dr Dangodara who did the exam. She actually detected something a little unusual and referred me out for further testing. It's a little off putting to select glasses in such a crowded and noisey environment, but the staff is very patient and competent. I have been very happy with my glasses, in fact I like them better that the previous ones I paid more than double for. I will be going back and I recommend this service highly, just remember, it's not the

Tires not only transfer the engine’s horsepower directly to the road, their grip ensures your car handles, turns and brakes safely. Overlooking tire maintenance can lead to poor fuel economy, poor handling and possibly hazardous driving conditions.

Tire Buying And Repair reviews in Cut Bank

They are good. A lot of times they find extra things that I probably don't need.
Cut Bank Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
doesn't do that to me usually. If I think it's reasonable, I let them do it. My late husband and I knew that they always want us to get something else fixed. Usually it makes sense that I have a 10-year old car. I like it now that I can call and get an appointment to come in. At first I couldn't get appointments and sometimes I wait 2-3 hours trying to get in, but now they do appointments which is great. It's a lot bigger improvement. They are always nice, friendly, and professional. I didn't check around any place else for tires. I just know through the years that I can depend on
Cut Bank Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
, that was why I got a medium priced tire. The quality of work is always good. I never had to go back and have something redone. Their responsiveness is good. It is better now that they actually have appointments. They are always ready when I am there. I was late the last time. My late husband had used them in the past and I know my dad did. I usually can depend on

, that is why I went there.

I bought the car from this location about five years ago and have been using their services since. They have a shuttle service that will take me to work and pick me up when my car is ready. All of the people I have dealt with have been very responsive. I have had a very good experience with them.

To start, I want to say that each of the individual employees here is
kind and trying to be helpful.
Cut Bank Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
main issue is
organization. They really struggle to complete
Cut Bank Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
tasks in an
effective manner. One of the issues is that they seem to have a lot of
employees but not a lot of oversight or guidance. Here is the context
for my observation:
Today, I took my car to get a tire replaced.
The mechanic who worked on the tire was friendly and great- very kind.
However, the process of getting my car to that mechanic was such an
unnecessary headache. We first called on Saturday and were told to bring
the car in to have the tire replaced. When my partner came in, he
waited an hour before they came to get him to tell him they didn't have
the tire in stock. Additionally, they told us the tire would be under
warranty. Okay, fine- so my partner asked to order the tire. They called
us on Tuesday to say they would have the tire by Wednesday therefore we
made an appointment for Thursday morning. Then, they let us know that
the tire would not be covered by warranty because it was a nail in the
tire. Again, okay fine, I understand.
Thursday morning, I bring
in the car and then they say that the tire could be under warranty and
that they would have to check again. Additionally, I they tell me they
do not know if they have the tire, but they send me back to the waiting
room. Then a different man from the front desk and mechanic came into
the waiting room to say my car is ready. My car was running ready to go
right by the door. I was like, "So, I don't have to pay? or anything?"
The guy seemed confused. Then, a lady told me to go to the service desk.
I went to the service desk and they said it would be at least 15
minutes before my bill will be processed therefore I should go back to
the waiting room. Luckily, I thought to go back to my car, which was
running, to turn off the engine and grab the keys.
After 15
minutes, another person came to get me to say the bill was processed. I
went to the service desk to find out that was not true. Then went back
to the waiting room, and then another person came and got me. I meet
five employees total through the
Cut Bank Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
process of changing a tire.
my bill came to what they had quoted me at, so that is a positive.
Based on this experience and prior experiences, they are just TOO
DISORGANIZED for my taste. These miscommunications and inconsistencies
have happened before here. I've always brushed it off as "new employees"
or "new management." However, today I reached a point where I realized
this disorganization was truly the culture of the company. I am lucky
that everything worked out, but I feel like I was truly lucky. I do not
feel confident in the management of the team moving forward. I am
worried if I go there again there will just be even more inconveniences.
I would recommend going elsewhere if you can. You will get
frustrated sitting in that waiting room talking to five different

0n 1/22/15 after reading reviews on Angies List went to
Cut Bank Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
on Atlantic Blvd and purchsed a set of tires. While paying the bill the manager said I would need brakes real soon. I asked for a price and he said 300.00 and it came with a life time warranty. Went on vacation 3/5/15 and started to here my brakes grind. On my way home 3/11/15 I called
Cut Bank Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
on Atlantic Blvd for brake service and they were booked for the day. While making another stop I saw the
Cut Bank Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
location and went in and they said they could do the service. They put my car on the rack and checked it out. The manager said the cost would be 300.00. I said do it. They finished the job. When paying the bill I asked about the warranty. The manager said It was 12,000 miles or one year. I said what about the life time warranty. He said he had put the cheaper ceramic brakes on. Who purchases brakes with only a 12,000 mile one year warranty I believe the manager should have told me up front what I was getting. Instead I got ripped off.

Locally owned facility with 21st century technology and old time attention to detail. No upselling. What you're quoted is what you pay. Without being asked they even test drove the vehicle to be sure everything was OK.

They have a very nice staff who are knowledgeable about maintenance. They have all the amenities: snack machine, coffee machine, comfortable chairs, and a TV. They offer repairs at the time of the oil change too. They are also convenient for most people locally. They don't take appointments, so you have to call ahead of time to check to see when they are available; they will then give you an idea of when the car will be available. Depending on what I have done, I can wait 30-45 minutes or just drop it off. They are good at other aspects of auto repair -- not just oil changes. They are also good at calling you after they've looked at what needs to be fixed, and give you a price. I get good service and good pricing. It's just a nice business!

The employee
Cut Bank Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
was great. He greeted me when walking in. Asked what he could help me with. Looked up the part gave. We finalized the sale. I asked about checking the battery on the car how often or when it should be checked. Even though I've had no trouble starting. He offered to check it after HE put on the wiper blade. I noticed corrosion around the terminals. And asked if I should use Coke as I've always heard. He offered I can take care of that. He went back in the store and came out with two cans of something. One to clean & the other to seal it so it won't corrode in the future. I offered to pay. There was no charge.
Cut Bank Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
made this visit a experience that was very helpfully.

They were the best price and haven't any issues with the tires. They are very professional, quick, and cheap. This is a very low overhead operation.
