"Installers worked well together and did a good job. If you need to call in another serviceman to check something, ie a leak, call your own professional. The plumber" the installer called was very nigh.

-Glenn C.

"We are satisfied with the work that we have had done. Pre-installation, we appreciated that this contractor brought the hardwood samples to our house. This helped" us select one that would go well with the current furniture and floor color. We also found that their pricing was fairly transparent for a flooring company. We bought a package that included installation of new baseboards, which they did a great job on, and we felt that our ~$6.50/sq ft charge was fair. While they were unable to even guess at how much we would have to pay to “float” the floor (even it out after the carpet was removed), I requested they be conservative on their actual work and they honored my request. They only floated what was absolutely necessary. Both furniture moving and installation went smoothly. Our work crew (
’s crew) was very conscientious. They even offered, at the conclusion of their work, to help me by lifting the furniture so I could install felt feet on the pieces. Installation was dusty, as expected- we recognize that this is the nature of things. However, our air filters needed to be changed several times and the house deep-cleaned. Bear this in mind, future customers. We had one repair that needed to be made. They fixed it quickly and efficiently. We are completely satisfied.

From the wall street journal online:

"Etiquette and tipping experts agree that tipping a contractor and his employees isn't expected because contractors offer to do a job for you at a specific price. Any extra money they would want would be built into their bid. Also, it's a business relationship rather than one where they are performing a personal service for you like a waiter or a maid. But if the employees do extra jobs around the house, then experts say it is appropriate to tip a cash amount equivalent to the task; "tip gifts" such as cookies and drinks can count. "The key to tipping is whether or not it was outside the scope of what was normally expected," says Mark Brenner, author of "Tipping for Success!"

My opinion is that a little bit of courtesy (snacks, drinks, expression of appreciation etc.) goes a long way and upon completion of their work you feel compelled by a job well done to offer a little extra in the form of a tip - go for it, but do not feel obligated.
Agreed.  If you have existing cracking in porcelain you need to know the cause first.  I don't know of any reputable contractor that would dare install tile over existing tile.  Also, any manufacturer warranties for defects would be null due to improper installation.  Did the contractor offer this solution or did you ask for it?  The mear fact that he is agreeing to or offering it tells me you need to leave this guy for someone who knows what they are talking about before he does only half the job which will have to be redone in the near future, costing you more in the long run.

I get so many calls from customers that were talked into a "cheaper" way to do something only to find the work very sub-par.  The sad part is they are out the money they spent in the first place along with the additional amount I have to charge just to undo what the first contractor did before I can do it right.  This floor could end up costing you double what it should if it's not done right.

Flooring reviews in Moss Point

We were so disgusted with the way our floors looked, they were dull, dirty grout, cracked. We hired
Moss Point Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
Floors to steam clean, polish and fill cracks, we could not believe how amazing they came out. Our floors looked better than when we moved in to our home 14 yrs ago! They were shiny, the grout was clean and looked new. We would highly recommend their service!
- Mark G.

Work done with great attention to detail and done in a timely manner. Had never had new tile installed before and was especially appreciative of receiving excellent assistance in choice of grout color and other details that produced a floor more beautiful than we could have imagined. Terrific clean-up too.
- Janice K.

It went great. They removed old carpet and pad and installed new. Did a great job. I'm very particular about seams and thresholds and I can't even tell where the seams are in our master. I would highly recommend this company and I hope we will be able to do business with them again in the future.

has become the only place we go for flooring - they have done 4 rooms of solid wood flooring that is perfectly matched and blended in to the wood flooring already in our home. They are experts at repairing solid wood floors, which is a very difficult thing to do properly. Unfortunately we did not know about them years ago when we first installed wood flooring in most of the house and have had many issues with the poor installation done by the previous company. The rooms they installed are perfect and you cannot tell where the new begins and the old starts. The repairs they expertly wove in blend in so well no one would know the floor was repaired. Excellent company - they stand behind their work 100% - use with confidence. They have also done a small laundry room ceramic tile floor and our kitchen backsplash.

Two technicians are out for the hardwood flooring and one technician was out to

the tile. Nick did the tiling and he did a great job. He was a very hard worker. The guys who are doing the hardwood floors sound like hard workers as well. They were great with cleaning up after the tiling job and no damage has been done to the home. They showed up as scheduled.

They did a really good job. They got the job done in about 2 days. They had to move appliances around to do the floor and they put a small scratch on the floor in my living room from moving them around. They did apologize and the work they did was good however.
- Ricky M.

After we got the A/C repaired, we called

and requested repairs of the buckled floor in the hallway. The installer came out as scheduled and in less than an hour repaired and replaced the buckled floor. He also went to Home Depot and purchased additional trim AT HIS EXPENSE to replace the trim that cracked as he removed it. It's comforting to know that if we EVER have a problem with our wood floors we can count on

to repair them at no charge!
