I called
Diberville Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
because our freezer was frosting badly and our refrigerator had stopped working completely. He was called at 9:00 A.M. on a Thursday morning and he was at our home at 11:00 A.M. The problem was fixed promptly and his prices were more than fair. Our appliance is still working properly and we would definitely refer him to others!

was very good and getting back to me on the phone to schedule appointment. I left message after hours and he got back to me early the next morning. He had a guy in the next morning early and on time and had the door module swapped out in about a half hour. The wife was happy to get washer going again.

me an appointment for 10 AM Sat Morn. He arrived earlier then anticipated. He
got right to work when he arrived, and had my refrigerator repaired in a half
hour. the price was much less then I anticipated, and I was very happy with all

and his assistant (his wife) were punctual, quickly identified the problem and had the repair parts with them. They were in and out quickly, the repairs done to our satisfaction. We also thought their charges were quite reasonable.

we've had
Diberville Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
come in the past to diagnose & repair our oven. 6/4/13 He replaced fuse link, oven worked for a week. 6/10/13 we had to call them again and same repairman came and replaced thermo-flx(??).
8/20/14 Oven not working again. Original repairman no longer working for

so a different repairman came briefly looked, listened and said it did not appear the fan was working and previous repairman should have checked it the last time. He left saying he would do some research and call us Monday. He never called. My husband left a msg on his cell phone with no response. I then called the office on 9/11/14 and spoke with employee who said she would call repairman and call me back. No call back. My husband called the office on 9/12/14 and spoke with her again and she said repairman was MIA and she would send someone else out on 9/16/14. I took the phone and asked her if it was typical that they had problems retaining good repairmen!
Bottom line I think I will call and cancel the upcoming appointment after thinking it over all weekend!

I was expecting
Diberville Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
to come to the house when we had scheduled, but he was in the area on a Sunday and called to see if we were home. It was a challenge, but it only took a few minutes and he was very friendly and professional. I also liked that he did call me back within the 30 minute time window his message stated he would.

My gas dryer stopped heating (everything else working normally). I selected
Diberville Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
thru Angie's List - I paid $39 to Angie’s List and purchased a voucher for appliance repair. The technician arrived on-time - nice guy. He started working on the dryer and I showed him the voucher - he wasn't sure what to do with it so he said he would have to call it in. About 5-10 minutes later he said the dryer had blown a fuse and said he had a replacement. A few minutes later he was done and presented me a bill for $175. I told him it was excessive for 20 minutes work to change a fuse - not to mention I had already paid $39 for the voucher. He said the job was guaranteed, but seemed unwilling to reconsider the price. I didn't want to fight about it so I paid it. I asked him why the fuse
had blown - he said it was likely just old (didn't really spend any time to troubleshoot it). He left, and less than a week later the dryer stopped heating again. I did some quick checking on the internet and found information that suggested that when the fuse blows the thermostat and thermistor should be replaced at the same time. I ordered a kit on Amazon for $20 and did the job myself - way less hassle than having to miss

He responded promptly around 2:45 pm to an message I had left in which I requested a callback. My refrigerator, which wasn't cooling the fresh food compartment properly, yet the freezer was cooling properly. We scheduled an appointment for Monday mid-afternoon for him to stop by and look at the appliance. I did explain to him that I had discovered the problem late Friday evening and seen advice online to turn the refrigerator completely off and allow the freezer compartment to sit overnight with the door open to fully defrost the internal components of the freezer. I restarted the refrigerator in mid-morning, and it appeared by 2:00 pm, once again, to be failing to blow cold air into the fresh food compartment. It was at this point that I called to see about scheduling service. As it turns out, this was premature on my part. A short while later, I noticed that it was cooling again and was probably just going through a defrost cycle. By 4:00 pm the temperature was in the lower fifties. By 5:00 pm it was in the upper forties. At 7:45 pm, when I noticed that it had reached forty degrees in the fresh food compartment, I messaged
Diberville Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
on his mobile number and informed him that I wouldn't need an appointment but would let him know should I need a repairman, after all. This should not be a big deal, right? I was being considerate and proactive as a potential customer--it's a lot better than a no show, right? So I thought.
This is when things got weird. A few minutes later, I get a call him from him, and he tells me that he's fine with my message, but that if he does has to come out in a week from now, he'll have to charge me double for breaking my appointment. Now, that's just weird and vindicative. I told him that made no sense. He was receiving almost two days notice, and he hadn't done a thing to earn a service visit fee. I also told him not to worry that I wouldn't be calling him again. Obviously, I do not recommend this service provider.
I also find it a little upsetting that only found glowing positive reviews on this guy on Angie's List. I'm posting this review to forewarn others.

Starting with my first call,
Diberville Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
did a great job.
Diberville Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
, who answers the phone and sets appointments, was cordial and competent and was able to set up an appointment for a day and time of our choosing.
Diberville Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
, who came to do the repair, was thorough and skilled. He felt the problem was caused by a part (the heater) that was malfunctioning, so he ordered the part. Upon returning with the part, he found that the existing part could be reset so we did not need to pay for the new part! How many repair people are that honest?! He told us to use the machine for a few days to be sure the current part was indeed working, and he said he wouldn't charge us that day, but would let us know how much the repair was if we found we didn't need the new part as he expected. Other than paying for the initial service call, we have not yet even been charged!
This is the second time we have used
Diberville Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
and have been totally pleased with their service and talented staff. We wouldn't think of calling anyone else.

Noticed that our newly bought Frigidaire refrigerator was starting to make ice slower. Thought it was the warmer weather and didn't think much of it. Around August 27 noticed it wasn't making ice at all. Contacted Electrolux warranty service. Ignored the first recommendation due to poor online reviews. Went with this company due to its relatively good online reviews.
Attempted to contact them on August 29, and again September 3, via Angie's List and heard back nothing. Also attempted to use the Angie's List schedule appointment feature to no avail. After not hearing anything from the company using online tools, picked up the phone on September 8 and made an appointment for Friday. Was told to call back on Friday morning to get a 2 hour window - a nice touch so we wouldn't have to wait all day.
On Friday morning (September 12), called and was told to expect service between 10 - 12. Called the company at 11:42 to make sure there was not a problem. While I was on the phone, the technician arrived.
The technician was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Professionally dressed and took care not to damage or dirty anything. Replaced a defective ice maker under warranty and had the paperwork ready. Had replacement part on his truck ready to go. Took the time to verify that the replacement ice maker was working properly before leaving. Total time about 10 minutes.
Overall I wish that the company was more responsive to their online email and schedule services under Angie's List. Once I got them on the phone things went relatively smoothly. Would suggest a courtesy call if technician will be running later in the lime slot. But no complaints or issues with the technician once they arrived. The technician was quick, efficient, and top notch.
