"Rugs were cleaned well, but not wrapped for shipping as requested. Work was well done, but not quite as requested. This vendor has done other work for us at the house and did a great job at a reasonable price.

"We don't live in
so it is a challenge to find people who we can trust. That is why we use Angie's List. They responded quickly to all inquiries and" worked it around our son's schedule. They arrived promptly and were finished in less than 2 hours. Every room is carpeted except kitchen and tub areas. They did not have to move any furniture so that is probably why they finished faster than the estimated time we were given. Everything went smooth.

"I called this morning to set up an appointment thinking it would take a few days but they had a cancellation and asked if i would like to have the service performed in the afternoon." I had left a message, my call was promptly returned. We have a very light-colored carpet throughout the house and some of the high traffic areas were beginning to show the dirt. In particular, the TV area/husband’s “man cave” had red wine and coffee stains. The areas that were cleaned included the basement/TV room, 2 flights of stairs and hallways adjoining the stairs. The two techs,
, were extremely professional, courteous and couldn’t have been nicer. They did an outstanding job. Even though the carpet didn’t look that dirty you could certainly see the difference when they had finished. The whole process took about 1.5 hours. No smell and no chemicals which are important issues for me.
was very knowledgeable about the process and carpet maintenance in general. He recommended carpet protector for high traffic areas which I did have done. I highly recommend
for their services.

use peanut butter (really, use it right out of the jar) or mineral oil or vaseline. any of these types of oil will get the gum, will not harm your carpet, and can clean up with soap and water. the other alternative is to very carefully cut it out with a sharp razor knife or a hobby knife (better, has more control) and then a carpet rake. it may take a little extra work to remove the gum using oils or knives, but, it will remove the gum.. also, try "goof off". they make a water based product now. i've been doing apartment maintenance for 28 years and have learned a few tricks and old time remedies. try the products in an inconspicuous area and clean afterwards to satisfy your apprehensiveness. it won't hurt my feelings at all. i felt the same way when i heard it.

was VERY professional. He showed up on time, took his time while working. Very detailed to what he was doing. I would hire him again and also I am going to tell my family and friends about him. If you need someone, he would be the person to contact.

Fantastic! I'm so very pleased. I used a coupon on Angie's List for tile cleaning ($89) and I added the grout sealer--and the job is complete. I am amazed at how the ground-in dirt of 15 years came up. The floor is pristine!

was on-time, explained the process and went to work. Took less than 2 hours to do a good-sized kitchen and laundry room--clean and sealed. I would highly recommend and have scheduled him to come back and clean our family room furniture and carpet.

called when they thought they would be late. They showed up and went right to work and did a fantastic job. The house was nearly empty so they could easily clean the carpets. They did a great job and even went over the heavy traffic area twice. the guys were very nice and it was easy to make conversation. I will use them again in the future.

He came within a day or two of being called, finished in a couple of hours, cleaned up well and left. I was very happy.

did a fabulous job! I highly recommend him. He was even willing to move furniture. His machine with the rotary brushes really got the carpets clean. He was punctual and did not rush the job. VERY pleased. Highly recommend.

They claimed the following:
1. Carpet Cleaning was a "dry" process and the carpet would be completely dry in 2 hours - it took 24 hours with continual air blowing across the cleaned areas.
2. The new "dry" Carpet cleaning solution will not attract new soils as fast as older technology steam cleaning process. The dirt spots were back within 3 weeks - even faster than other carpet cleaning "steam" options.
3. Cleaning of tile will make it look like new - and so will the grout -Tile still looks dirty and the grout did not get cleaned evenly to look like new. They went ahead and sealed the dirty grout and said give it 24 hours and then the color will be the same across all of the grout. Not even close - the high traffic areas still look dirty while the light traffic areas do look clean.
4. They cracked 2 adjoining tiles by over water cleaning which I believe penetrated the wood underlayment and caused the wood to swell therefore causing the 2 tiles to crack, a single straight line crack through both tiles the the grout in between the 2 tiles. The tiles that were broken can no longer be purchased and the grout joints are 3/4" wide and getting the new grout to match once the 2 tiles are chiseled out remains to be seen.
Bottom line - we now have our own steam carpet cleaning machine and will re-do the job ourselves while we talk with several tile companies to see what needs to be to correct the broken tiles and at what cost.

We are recommending that all of our neighbors stay clear of this provider and his touted processes for cleaning anything - way to expensive and does not work as well as the "steam" competition.
We do not want this company back in our home.

was the tech who performed the service. He arrived on time. We then spent the next 20 minutes or so viewing each of the carpets/areas that required cleaning.
West Plains Carpet Cleaners Provider Name Locked
provided details on how he would tackle the job. I have lots of pet stains that i previously attempted to remove (without success).
West Plains Carpet Cleaners Provider Name Locked
explained that the stains may not completely be removed and he was correct. Even so the areas with the pet stains were significantly improved. Quite honestly I didn't expect them to come out as well as they did. These were stains that had been in place for quite a long time. Once finished

explained how to keep the carpets looking good and recommended products that would work best. The carpets look wonderful. I plan on using OXI in the future and will specifically request
